GUJCET :

** Online GUJCET registration system is proposed by GSHSEB, which allows the new applicant to register now online for GUJCET examination of current year in an acceptable and defined format & period from Education Board.

** This online mode of registration is very simplified, easy to use, and straight forward which will reduce the cumbersome conventional paper application mode which demands bunch of papers from user and very tedious one for both user and approving department in turn.

** Applicant has to register him/her self first. After completing registration with required details provided in registration form, s/he can save his/her data for future changes. While filling the registration form it is mandatory to fill all mandatory data & attach all required documents that are listed.

** Without these, system will not allow to save registration form. Once all final changes are done, s/he needs to submit his/her application. On this s/he would get an application number that will send to his/her mail address.

** Further the user is provided the facility of printing only when his/her application is submitted.
** During this process, s/he can change his/her password if s/he wishes to.

Notes:
1. Applicant should have valid Email address.
2. Enlisted documents are required to attach before submitting application.
** Candidate’s Photo (Passport Size)
** Candidate’s Signature
The documents should be only in JPG/JPEG format.
Size limit: between 5KB to 50KB (120px X 120px)
Uploaded documents should be clearly visible in size.
3. Application can be edited after saving and before submitting. Once application is submitted applicant cannot modify the details.

Hardware Requirements
** Recommended screen resolution 1024*768 pixels
** Minimum RAM: 1 GB, Recommended 2 GB
** 1 GB disk space available
** Minimum Intel® Core™ i3 Processor (4M Cache, 2.93 GHz) or higher

Internet Connectivity
** Minimum speed of Internet connectivity required 526 kbps, Recommended 1 Mbps

Software Requirements
PC: Windows 7 operating system with one of the following browsers:
** Internet Explorer (IE) 8 – 10 (Recommended)
** Mozilla Firefox version 11.0 or later
** Turnoff pop-up blocker in browser Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox
** Enable Java Script in browser Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox

Know before applying :
** Applicant has to upload Photo & signature while applying. Scanned documents of both is required and it should only be in .jpg/.jpeg format. While scanning signature or photo, Image resolution should be 300 DPI (Dots per Inch) or above.

** Size of attachments is allowed between 5KB and 50KB. Approx dimensions : 120px X 120px. Please note that attachments should be clearly visible.
** Photograph must be taken in a White or a very light background.

** Face should occupy about 50% of the area in the photograph, and with a full face view looking into the camera directly. The main features of the face must not be covered by hair of the head, any cloth or any shadow. Forehead, both eyes, nose, cheeks, lip, and chin should be clearly visible.

** Please do not upload Mobile phone photographs of Candidate.
** Candidate must not wear spectacles with dark or tinted glasses, only clear glasses are permitted.
** Please put Candidate’s signature with a black or dark blue ink on a white paper.
** Please do not upload Mobile phone photographs of signature.
** Photo, Signature or any other required attachment(s) must be adequately visible else can be rejected.
