Instruction For Filling Online Application Form :
** Log on to Council’s website www.aipvt.vci.nic.in and click on the “Apply Online” button.
** Read the “Instructions and Procedure for Online Application Form of AIPVT-2015”.
** Download the Information Bulletin and read it carefully to ensure your eligibility.
** How to Fill up Application Form – Replica of Application Form. Download it to acquaint themselves with the requirements for submission of Online Application Form.

Follow following 5 (Five) steps to Apply Online :
Step-1: Fill in the REGISTRATION PAGE.
Step-2: Fill in the APPLICATION FORM and Note Down the Registration No.
Step-3:Upload scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph, Candidate’s Signature, Signature of Parents/ Guardians, Thumb Impression and Self Declaration (in case of candidates belong to Jammu & Kashmir)
Step-4: Make payment of fee through Debit/Credit Card or by e-challan
Step-5: Print Confirmation Page after successful remittance
** For submission of Online Application Form, Steps 1 to 5 must be completed. All Steps are mandatory.

** Candidate will get Registration No. and One Time Password (OTP) message through E-mail and SMS to enable him/her for submission of Online Application Form. (Future Login will be allowed with Registration No and Password received only)

** Print four copies of the Confirmation Page for your record and future reference.

Note :
1. The application particulars entered can be edited before final submission of the application form. The application contents cannot be changed/edited once it is finally submitted. No communication in this regard will be entertained.

2. All the links for submission of Online Application Form, uploading of photograph, Candidate’s signature, Parents/ Guardians Signature, Thumb Impression and Self Declaration (in case of candidates belong to Jammu & Kashmir), payment of fee and printing of confirmation page can also be used separately.

3. Facility of submission of online application form, uploading of photograph, signature,Thumb Impression and Self Declaration (in case of candidates belong to Jammu & Kashmir), payment of fee and printing of the Confirmation Page will be ceased as per schedule given above. Hence, candidates are required to complete the process within the prescribed duration.

4. Online application form registered within due date without successful transaction of requisite fee, the application form of such candidate would remain cancelled.

5. Candidates are not required to send hard copy of confirmation page to VCI office. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the Confirmation Page, and a proof of fee submitted for future need.

STATUS OF RECEIPT OF ONLINE APPLICATION FORM WITH FEE:
Information regarding the list of registered applications of candidates received with fees will be put on the Council’s website on 29.05.2015 along with their Roll Nos. The candidature of the candidate, whose fees has not been received upto prescribed last date, will not be considered for the examination.
In case the name and particulars of the candidate is not shown in the final list of candidates on the Council’s website on 29.05.2015 and the candidate has paid the fee, the candidate should approach the Help Line between 10[/u][/b]:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. from 30.05.2015 to 05.06.2015 with following documents for considering his/her candidature for the examination
(a) Proof of fee paid (Photocopy of the e-challan (candidate’s copy), if fees paid through e-challan or Photocopy of transaction slip if fees paid through Debit/ Credit card). In case, the fee has not been remitted within the prescribed last date, the application would be treated unsuccessful and it shall not be considered.

(b) Print out of the Confirmation Page.

(c) No request regarding non-receipt of Online Application Form would be entertained by the Council after 05.06.2015.

(d) Candidates are advised to keep visiting the Council’s website regularly for latest updates.
