ALL INDIA PRE-MEDICAL/PRE-DENTAL ENTRANCE TEST-2015 FOR ADMISSION TO MBBS/BDS COURSES

INSTRUCTIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM AIPMT – 2015 :
1. Please read the instructions and proceed carefully before you start filling the Online Application Form.
2. Candidates can apply for AIPMT – 2015 “Online” only.
3. Candidates must follow the instructions strictly as given in the Information Bulletin and on the website.

FOR GENERAL/OBC Rs.1200/- Rs.2400/- (Rs.1200+Rs.1200)
FOR SC/ST/PH Rs.650/- Rs.1850/- (Rs.650+Rs.1200)

5. Uploading of Photograph, Signature ,Thumb Impression and Self declration ( Self Declaration is required in the case of candidate belongs to Andhra Pradesh, J&K and Telangana).
The Scanned image of the Photograph of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 10Kb to 100Kb
The Scanned image of Signature of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb
The Scanned image of Left Hand Thumb Impression of the candidate should be in JPG format and Image size should be between 3Kb to 20Kb
*The Scanned image of Self Declration (in the case of candidate belongs to Andhra Pradesh, J&K andTelangana) is required to be uploaded in JPG format and Image size should be between 200Kb to 300Kb.

6 . The fee can be remitted in the following ways:
Through any Debit/ Credit Card using online payment gateway facility of Syndicate Bank / ICICI Bank / HDFC Bank /State Bank of India .
Through e-Challan by depositing Fee in any of the branch of Syndicate Bank / ICICI Bank / HDFC Bank /State Bank of India. The e-challan may be generated after filling form on AIPMT website aipmt.nic.in

7 . Please keep all these documents for future refrence:

8 . Candidates must preserve their Admit Card and all documents as mentioned in serial No.-7 till the admission in College or Institution.

5 Simple steps to Apply Online :
Download the Information Bulletin and read it to ensure your eligibility
Fill the Online Application Form and note down the Registration Number
Upload photo, signature, Left Hand Thumb Impression and Self Declaration*
Make Payment of Fee through Credit Card/Debit Card or by e-challan
Print Confirmation Page after Successful remittance of fee .
* Self Declaration(for candidates from Andhra Pradesh, J & K andTelangana who have opted for seats under 15% All India Quota)

9. The Candidate is required to mention only his/her own or parent’s mobile number (only one mobile no. and e-mail ID are valid for one application) as all information/communication will be sent by CBSE on registered mobile number and e-mail ID.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING ON LINE APPLICATION FORM :
(i) The candidate, before submitting the application form online, shall satisfy his/her eligibility to appear in the test. The candidate is required to go through the Information Bulletin carefully and acquaint himself/herself with all requirements with regard to the submission of the Application Form.
(ii) The Candidate should fill his/her complete postal address with the pin code and e-mail address (own or parents only) for further correspondence
(iii) Candidate must ensure that mobile numbers, E-mail address filled in the online Application form are his/her own as Board will make communications by SMS or mail on given mobile number and mailing ID only.
(iv) It will be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that he/she fills-in his/her correct postal and contact details in the Application Form. Candidates must ensure that address given by them be such at which candidate may be able to get the communication till the counselling is over. THE BOARD SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS IN TRANSIT OR FOR AN INCORRECT ADDRESS GIVEN BY THE APPLICANT IN THE APPLICATION FORM.
(v) Candidate should not give the postal address, contact number and mail ID of Coaching Centre in their Online Application Form.
(vi) Candidates should fill Code Number against the column provided for Qualifying Examination passed. If a candidate does not fall within the qualifications prescribed as per Code numbers 02 to 07, he/she should furnish complete details and fill up qualifying examination Code as 01.
(vii) Candidates appearing in 12th Standard in 2015 should fill up qualifying code as 01.
