Admission Process For The Academic Year 2015-16
Admissions are open for the academic year 2015-16 for Fashion programmes (Admission Cycle 2).

The Institute offers following programmes in Collaboration with University for the Creative Arts (UK) The curriculum and final certification for all the fashion programmes offered are from University for the Creative Arts (UK).

M.Des Fashion Design
MBA Fashion Management & Marketing

INTAKE :
1. BA (Hons) Fashion Design : 30 seats
2. BA (Hons) Fashion promotion & Imaging : 30 seats
3. M.Des Fashion Design : 30 seats
4. MBA Fashion Management & Marketing : 30 seats

ELIGIBILITY :
1. BA (Hons) Fashion programmes 10+2 from any stream.
2. M.Des & MBA Fashion programmes Graduate in any Disciplines 10+2+3 (minimum).

COURSE DURATION :
1. BA (Hons) Fashion programmes – 8 semesters / 4 years
2. M.Des & MBA Fashion programmes – 4 semesters / 2 years

APPLICATION FORM :
Application forms for the academic year 2015-16 is available on the website. The candidate has to fill the online application form from the website and submit a dully filled hard copy of the same before the last date (31st May 2015) along with a demand draft of ? 2,500 /- U.S. $ 45 (for foreign students) in favour of “MIT ID PUNE”drawn on Pune branch as fees for Design Aptitude Test. The incomplete application forms / not satisfying eligibility criteria will be rejected.

The MITID™ Design Aptitude Test (MITID-DAT™) fees ( ? 2,500/-) for rejected applications will not be refunded. No official communication will be made regarding rejected application forms.

Last date for submission of application form is 31st May 2015.

The admission process is in two phases :
MITID-DAT™ Design Aptitude Test will be conducted at Pune.
Studio Test and Personal Interview at MITID™ campus in pune.

Design Aptitude Test for admission cycle 2 of Fashion Programmes will be conducted on
6th June 2015 (Tentative) between 10 AM to 1 PM.

Important Instructions to be followed for filling the application form for MITID-DAT™ (MITID Design Aptitude test).

The application form is to be filled online by the student.

Online payment through Debit Card / Credit Card

Online payment charges
Debit card= 1% + service tax 12.36
Credit card = 1.30 + service tax 12.36

Candidates paying the Design Apptitude Test fees by Deamnd Draft should keep the Demand Draft of Rs. 2500/-
in favour of ‘MIT ID PUNE’ payable at pune before filling the form

Instructions for filling the form :
Applicant has to register first, after registration an account activation link will be send to registered email id, Applicant has to activate account
by clicking on the link.
On activation of account student has to login and fill the form as per instructions. Applicant can save & edit form after login.
All fields are mandatory applications not filled correctly, completely and as per the instructions are liable to be rejected.
Applicant has to fill the complete form – Personal Information, Parents Information, Education information,
& Details of Demand Draft (In case of payment by DD).
After filling the details if satisfied that all data entered is correct and no more edits are required click on the SUBMIT button
and thereafter preview the entire form & take the print of it.
Applicant paying fees through online payment option after filling the form has to complete the payment process through the internet payment gateway
after click on submit button.
The Applicant paying the DAT fees by DD has to attach the DD along with the form & send to the institutes address mentioned below.
The Applicant paying the DAT fees online has to send the printout of the form only.
No documents are to be attached with the form.
In case of any changes in contact or test centre the candidate can login and edit the form and save.
Data cannot be edited once the application is accepted by the institute and admit card and receipt is generated.
Once the hard copy along with the DD is received to the Institute on verification and acceptance of form you will receive receipt
and admit card on your email ID registered with us.
Applicant can also download the admit card and receipt by login to the admission portal after the form is accepted by the institute.

Check List (before sending form):
Applicants should send hard copy (print out) of form filled online.

Demand Draft of Rs. 2500/- in favour of “MIT ID PUNE”, payable at pune should be attached in front of the form with name of the applicant
written on the back side of the Demand Draft in case payment by DD.
