Hall Ticket:
Hall Ticket will be available to all the applicants by 16th May 2015, whose application form has been submitted by the last date (06-05-2015) along with full application fee, irrespective of eligibility. Such candidates will be eligible to sit for the Admission Test at the center as given in the Hall Ticket.
A candidate registered for one center as given in the Hall Ticket shall not be allowed to appear for the test at another center. Time table, address of the Test center for the applicant and relevant information will be given in the Hall Ticket. The Hall Ticket can be downloaded and printed from www.cmcludhiana.in using the registered user name and password.
If the Hall Ticket cannot be accessed by 20th May 2015, the applicant should contact the Registrar’s office and send a copy of the request by e-mail / fax. Otherwise the request may be ignored.
It is the responsibility of the candidate to check the schedule of the UG-AT-2015. Discrepancies if any must be brought to the notice of the Registrar’s office immediately.
Test Center Cities:
Amritsar, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhatinda, Bhopal, Kolkatta, Chandigarh/Mohali, Chennai, Guwahati, Jalandhar, Kochi, Ludhiana/Khanna, Mumbai, Nagpur, Delhi/NCR, Trivandrum
Applicants must indicate in the Online application form their choices of centers for writing the UGAT- 2015. Candidates have to give 3 choices of cities. In case of unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances where a center has to be cancelled, the office will have the right to allot any center, as per the choices given by the applicant.
At the Examination Center, the applicant must present his/her Hall Ticket issued by the Registrar, Christian Medical College, Ludhiana. Candidates must have a Government Approved/School Photo ID/10th Std Certificate with them. A copy of the same must be submitted at the centre. The applicant must take his/her allotted seat in the Examination Centre by 1.30 pm. No applicant will be allowed to enter the centre after 1:30 pm, and allowed to leave the hall/room before 04.30 pm for Open Category Applicants and 5.00 pm for applicants in the ‘Christian Category with Service Commitment’, on the Admission Test Date. No applicant is allowed to take mobile phone, pager, calculator, or any electronic device into the examination room. Applicants appearing for the Entrance Examination Test have to bear their traveling expenses and make their own arrangements for accommodation.
