YVUCET-2015 :
PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING :
Online Submission: Application should be submitted online in the website yvudoa.in. After filling the application the candidate should submit a print out of the application along the convener copy of the challan (for details read the instructions given on the first page of this booklet)
If the candidates apply for a particular test and if found to be not eligible for that test, the test fee paid will not be refunded. Hence the candidates are advised to go through thoroughly the eligibility conditions given in the instruction booklet before applying.
The print out of the Application and Original Challan should be submitted in the examination hall at the time of entrance examination.
Steps for online registration:
a. Read the eligibility conditions for the test to be taken (E.g. Test 01-Advanced Sciences)
b. Go to the website www.yvudoa.in and click the online registration button/link.
c. Select the test from the list.
d. Fill in the name, address, and other details and press the submit button to get the challan.
e. A challan (with three parts) appears on the screen with your name, Application Number and the fee to pay.
f. Print the challan and pay the amount as per challan in any branch of State Bank of India only. Payment in other banks is not allowed.
Uploading Challan:
a. After payment in the bank the candidate should scan and upload the challan (University Copy) on website. The upload file format should be in jpeg/jpg with less than 150KB in size.
b. After authorization of your payment the candidate will get a confirmation SMS from the ID “YVUCET” to the mobile which was given at the time of registration. Without getting confirmation SMS the candidate will not be able to logon to the web site and fill the online application form.
Steps for filling online Application:
a) Filling of the online application form is allowed only after authorization of your payment.
b) Now get ready with scanned passport size photo and scanned signature separately with not more than 150KB each in JPEG/ JPG format only.
c) Keep the paid challan copy ready and login at yvudoa.in with your Application Number (as given in the challan) as user ID & Date of Birth as Password.
d) The payment is verified with the bank data and if everything is correct, you are allowed to continue uploading the online application.
e) Upload your scanned passport size photo and scanned signature.
f) Click preview button to confirm the details. If any correction is needed, press the back button and edit the data.
g) Press the Save & Print button to get a printout. It is not possible to modify the data after Save& Print.
h) Take two copies of the printout of your application. Paste a recent passport size photo(identical to the photo that used for scanning) in the space provided in the printout and to be attested by a Gazetted officer and one print out of the application should be submitted along with University Copy of the paid challan at the time of entrance examination at examination hall.
i) Preserve one printout of your online application along with the student copy of the paid challan, along with a copy of the Hall Ticket with you for future reference until admissions are over.
j) The application number printed on the challan should be used to online payment.
