FPM DCR PRE-PG

The Federation of Private Medical & Dental Colleges of Rajasthan will conduct Private Colleges Pre-PG Dental Examination (Pre-PG) 2016 for admission to MDS courses in Private Dental Colleges of Rajasthan on Sunday-21st Feb 2016.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in MDS Course :
(I) Applicable to all:
All candidates seeking admission to Courses should have:
(1) completed satisfactorily one year’s compulsory rotating internship after passing the final B.D.S. examination,
(2) Candidates should obtain a minimum of marks at 50th percentile in the Private Colleges Pre-PG Dental Examination (Pre-PG) 2016. However in respect of candidate belonging to Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribes and Other Backward Class the minimum marks shall be 40th percentile.

(II) For claiming reservation and relaxation under SC/ST/OBC and OSBC Category:
Candidates are required to submit an attested copy of the caste Certificate from the competent Authority.

Other Conditions for Private Colleges Pre-PG Dental Examination 2016 :
a. The candidate seeking admission to the Private College Pre-PG Dental Examination (Pre- PG) 2016 must submit his / her application on the prescribed form latest by 05.00 PM on Monday Feb, 15th 2016 in the Office of the Co-ordinator, Private College, Pre-PG Dental Examination-2016, Pacific Institute of Management, Pacific Hill, Opp. Transport Nagar, Pratap Nagar Extn., Airport Road, Debari, Udaipur (Rajasthan) 313024. Forms can be also deposited personally between 10.00 A.M to 04.00 P.M

b. The candidate shall fill in the application form online / offline.
c. It will be responsibility of the candidate to ensure that he / she fills in the correct address in the form. (The Federation shall not be held responsible for any loss in transit or any incorrect address given by the candidate).
d. Application form incomplete in any respect shall be liable to rejection and no correspondence in this regard would be entertained.

e. The candidate will be required to attend the Counseling for Admission at Pacific Institute of Management, Pacific Hill, Opp. Transport Nagar, Pratap Nagar Extn., Airport Road, Debari, Udaipur (Rajasthan) 313024 on his / her own expenses on scheduled dates. No individual intimation will be sent in this regard.

Details of Examination :
The Examination will be held on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016 at Udaipur at Pacific Institute of Management, Pacific Hill, Opp. Transport Nagar, Pratap Nagar Extn., Airport Road, Debari, Udaipur (Rajasthan) 313024
a. The Private Colleges Pre-PG Dental Examination 2016 shall be of the standard of B.D.S. Syllabus prescribed by DCI and shall cover all the subjects of the B.D.S. Course.
b. There shall be one paper of two hours duration, containing 100 multiple choice question.
c. The Examination Time is 8.00 A.M to 10.00 A.M.
d. The allotment of Roll Nos. and seating arrangement will be on discretion of the Federation.
e. Candidate will be required to produce Admission card before he/ she is allowed to enter the examination centre.
f. Centre of Examination:- The Examination will be held only at Udaipur at Pacific Institute of Management, Pacific Hill, Opp. Transport Nagar, Pratap Nagar Extn., Airport Road, Debari, Udaipur (Rajasthan) 313024
g. The candidates are expected to take his/her seats 15 minutes before commencement of the examination. No candidate coming after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination will be permitted to appear in the examination.
h. No candidate will be allowed to carry any text material written or printed, bits of paper or any other material except the admission card inside the hall. Cellular / Mobile Phone / Pager / Calculator etc. will not be permitted in the examination hall.
i. The candidates will be required to darken the appropriate ovals using Black/Blue Ball Point Pen / HB Pencil to indicate the Roll Number on the OMR answer-sheet. Marking wrong ovals in the Booklet code or Roll Number Box will be treated as unfair means may lead to disqualification.
j. The Examination shall be conducted in ENGLISH medium only.
k. All questions shall be objective type. The candidates should darken the appropriate circles/ovals using Black/Blue Ball Point Pen/ HB Pencil. Therefore, the candidates are advised to finalize their choice before marking on OMR sheet. Overwriting is not allowed. If you darken more than one circle, your answer will be treated as wrong .Do not makes any stray marks on the answer sheet. Do not fold the answer sheet. Rough work should not be done on the answer sheet.
l. No candidate will be allowed to go outside the examination hall till the completion of the examination.
m. Candidate will be given the carbon copy of OMR sheet after the exam by the invigilator. The marking on original OMR Answer Sheet will be final and binding.
n. Each answer with correct response shall be awarded four marks. Negative marking will be adopted for incorrect responses. One mark will be deducted for each incorrect response. Zero mark will be given for the question not answered. More than one answer indicated against a question will be deemed as incorrect and one mark will be deducted accordingly.
o. The Jurisdiction of the Court cases will be at Udaipur only.

Note:Details of the Demand Draft of Rs. 6,500/- is mandatory for filling the application form.
1. Candidate interested in appearing for the Pre-PG 2016 Exam has to register himself / herself on the website fmpdcr.com
2. After successful registration candidate will receive a User Id and Password on the mobile and e-mail id given at the time of registration.
3. The User Id will be a Unique Id and will be allotted to each candidate appearing for Pre PG 2016 examination and will be useful in every correspondence related to Pre PG 2016 examination. Therefore every candidate is requested to enter the correct mobile number and e-mail id. Application Forms can be downloaded only after successful registration.
4. After successful registration use your User Id and Password to fill the Application Form. Your application form is password protected.
5. All the fields which are * marks in Application Form are mandatory to fill and candidate has to be careful while filling the online application form.
6. The candidate can edit the details entered by him/her in the Application Form until he/she clicks the “Submit” Button for final submission of application form. Once the candidate clicks the “Submit” Button, he/she will not be able to edit the entered data. Therefore, the candidates are advised to click “Submit” button only and only if he/she is sure that the Data entered in the Online Application Form are correct and no further editing is required.
7. Candidate is required to upload his/her recent passport size photograph (not older than 3 months) and signature as per the facility provided on the web portal of the online application form. Ensure that the image size of photograph should not exceed 25 KB (maximum) in the JPEG/JPG File Format and the image size of Signature should not exceed 15 KB (maximum) in the JPEG/JPG File Format.
8. The Office of the Pre PG 2016 will not be responsible for any consequence arising out of non-acceptance of any correction/addition/deletion of any Data of the application form after clicking the “Submit” Button.
9. It is compulsory to send hard copy (printout) of application form along with the attested copies of relevant certificates and requisite fee as mentioned in the check list by Speed Post / Registered Post (not by normal post and courier) or by hand on the following address on or before 15.02.2016 (5:00 PM)
