Important Instructions :
Prior to filling the online application, please read the eligibility criterion given on the reverse of the voucher and also on the website and gather the information needed to complete the process:

Ensure you have a valid email address, telephone number and address before you apply. These should be valid throughout the admission process.

Keep the marks sheets of X, XII, Graduation and any other professional qualification ready for calculating percentage of marks. The percentage obtained is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the Board/University/Institution from where you will be graduating.

If academic institutions offer grade point averages (GPA), they need to be converted into percentage score as per the conversion scheme of that institution. If an institution does not have a conversion scheme for GPA, the equivalence has to be calculated by dividing obtained Cumulative GPA (CGPA) by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying by 100.

Opening Screen :
On the first screen, you will see two boxes – “Application no” and “Password”

Online Purchase :
You would have received an email indicating your application number and password. You may login using the application number and password.

Offline Purchase :
You may login using the application number (given at the top of the voucher) as login id and Voucher No. (found under the scratch area at the top of the voucher) as password.

On entering a valid login ID and password you will be taken to the next section, which is “Change your password”.

Change your password :
On entering and saving a valid password you will be taken to the login page once again.

On logging in with your new password you will be taken to next session which is filling up the “PGPM/MBA- Online Application form”

In this section, you will enter your contact details, past academic record, select the date and venue and campus preferences for selection process.

How to Apply for PGPM/ MBA? :
The application form is common for admission to MBA/PGPM program at IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Dehradun, IBS Jaipur, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune campuses

PGPM Bulletin can be purchased through one of the following methods by payment of Rs 1600.

Apply online :
You may apply online by clicking the above link and providing your Personal and contact details. On submission of your details you will be guided to the payment page. On payment of requisite amount, a confirmation email will be sent to the email id provided by you. You will receive hard copy of the Bulletin within one week.

Purchasing application forms at any of the marketing offices :
PGPM bulletin is available at our marketing offices. You may locate your nearest branch by clicking the above link and purchase the Bulletin by paying the requisite application fee in cash

Eligibility :
2 year Management Program

Graduation (any discipline) with 50% and above marks (as calculated by respective University) with medium of instruction as English.

All applicants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).

Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation have to submit the TOEFL/ NELT/ IELTS score by May 31, 2016.

Applicants in their final year bachelor’s degree course are also eligible to apply, provided they complete their graduation requirements (including practical examinations / viva / assignments) before May 31, 2016. The admission will remain provisional until they produce marks sheets and degree certificates establishing their eligibility. The last date for submission of proof of graduation is November 01, 2016.

Eligibility criteria will be checked from August, 2016 onwards. Hence, the onus of ensuring that they satisfy the eligibility criteria rests solely with the candidates.

Admission Process :
The ICFAI University, Dehradun, The ICFAI University, Jaipur and The Icfaian Foundation accept IBSAT 2015 / CAT 2015/ GMAT (2013 onwards)/ NMAT 2015 by GMACTM/ MAT 2015-16/ XAT 2016/ CMAT 2016/ State Level Test Scores 2016 for admission to the following programs:
MBA program offered by IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur.

PGPM (Post Graduate Program in Management) program offered by IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune.

Selection Process :

Candidates who have qualified are called for the selection process at 8 IBS campuses at IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Dehradun, IBS Jaipur, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune in April 2016. The selection process comprises of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Admission decision :
The final selection is based on past academic record and performance of the candidates in Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

PGPM Application : February 01, 2016 to March 31, 2016
Selection Process : April 02 – 04, 2016 at 8 IBS campuses

Fee :
The fee for the MBA program at IBS Dehradun and IBS Jaipur campuses is Rs 5.11 lakhs.
The fee for the PGPM program at IBS Ahmedabad, IBS Bengaluru, IBS Gurgaon, IBS Kolkata, IBS Mumbai and IBS Pune campuses is Rs 7.26 lakhs.
