Q. I am a NRI student. What is the procedure to join UG course in Sathyabama University?
A.NRI student need not write our entrance examination. You can contact our office to know the details of for NRI admission.

Q. How many times can a candidate appear for entrance examination of Sathyabama University?
A.A candidate can appear for our entrance examination for maximum of 2 times.
Q. If I have compartment in my 10th standard/12th standard, can I write entrance examination of Sathyabama University?
A.NO. The candidates those who have compartment in any subject are not eligible to appear for our entrance examination.
Q. I am studying diploma course. Can I appear for entrance examination of Sathyabama University?
A.NO. Candidates those who are studying diploma course need not write our entrance examination. You can contact our office to know the details of admission through lateral entry.
Q. I have completed my 10th standard in March 2012. Can I appear for entrance examination of Sathyabama University?
A.NO. Candidates those who have completed 10th standard on or after 2013 (without any compartment) are eligible to appear for our entrance examination.
Q. I have completed my 12th standard in March 2014. Can I appear for entrance examination of Sathyabama University?
A.NO. Candidates those who have completed 12th standard on or after 2015 (without any compartment) are eligible to appear for our entrance examination.
Q. After completing the payment procedure I am getting “payment failure status”. What is the further procedure to complete the payment?
A.You please don’t repay the amount immediately. You need to wait for ONE WEEK in order to get the payment status updated. Even after one week, if you do not receive the paid status email, you need to repay the amount (using the repay button). This repayment option will be enabled only after one week. Inconvenience caused is regretted. Your online submission process will be completed only after the change of payment status as paid or after making the repayment successfully.
Q. After completing the payment procedure I am getting “payment failure status”. How to repay the amount again?
A.You please don’t repay the amount immediately. By verifying your bank account statement you can ensure whether the amount has not been debited from your account. After this confirmation you can pay the amount again.
Q. I have paid the examination fee Rs.1000/- by chellan mode. Whether I have to send the university copy (chellan) to university?
A.NO. You need not send any copy of chellan or bank account statement to our university unless otherwise our university aurhorities asked for verification.
Q. I would like attend both mathematics and biology as my optional subject. How can I apply for both?
A.One candidate can not write both mathematics and biology as optional subject. A candidate can write any one as the optional subject.
Q. What is syllabus for entrance examination of Sathyabama University?

Q. I have generated the chellan for entrance examination fees payment. What is the last date to pay the amount in bank?
A.Payment through challan mode may be paid within a week from the date of generation of challan.
Q. After completing the successful submission of online application whether I have to send the hard copy to your university?
A.NO. You need not send any hardcopy after submitting your application through online. But you can keep a printout for your future reference.
Q. I would like to appear for Sathyabama University entrance examination by paper pen/pencil mode. What is the procedure to apply?
A.We are conducting our entrance examination only by computer based mode. We are not conducting our entrance examination by paper pen/pencil mode.
Q. I would like to joint in B.Arch at Sathyabama University? Whether I have to write your entrance examination?
A.Yes, a candidate has to appear for our entrance examination with mathematics as the optional subject to get admission for B.Arch. In addition to our entrance exam, a candidate must have also a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score with a minimum of 80 marks out of 200.
Q. What is the use of application number?
A.All candidates are requested to note their application number (six digit) whether they have submited the application online mode or data sheet mode. This application number will be useful to track, for slot booking, to download hall ticket etc.
