Completing the Application Form :
ONLINE :
** Fill up the application from and proceed to payment.
** Select the payment method – Demand Draft / Online payment (Debit/Credit Card of any bank is accepted)
** The Demand Draft payment method selection will complete the application process. If you select online payment it will redirect to the Merchant gateway. You need to fill up your card information and pay for the same and ensure the amount displayed is Rs. 250/-. The payment gateway will authorize and capture the payment and redirect to our University website for confirmation of the Application process is complete. Do not close / refresh / hit back button at the merchant gateway till the payment process is complete. ( The system will record the whole application process. Do not close the window until you have completed step 1 to 3 or else the application process will be invalid.
** Download your Application Copy and take the print out of the application form

OFFLINE :
** Application form can also be downloaded from Centurion University website (cutm.ac.in)
** The application form and Information Brochure fee for all candidates is Rs. 250/-. The candidate can also fill up application form, affix a recent color passport size photograph, along with a Demand Draft of Rs 250/- drawn in favor of CSREM TRUST, Payable at Bhubaneswar.
** Name, Application Number and Contact Number to be written on the back side of the DD.

Duly filled-in Applications along with enclosures should be sent by Post/Courier:
To, The Director (Admissions), HIG-5, BDA Duplex, Phase-1, Pokhariput, Bhubaneswar, Pin-751020, Odisha.

Admission Process:

** An email and SMS will be sent to you to intimate announcement of result on your Admission microsite.
** This will be for information only and should not be taken as official communication for selection.
** All selected candidates will get intimation of their selection through an Admission Letter which will be made available on Admission microsite for downloading.
** Details regarding payment of fees at the time of admission, allotment of Hostel and date, time and venue for commencement of the academic session will be mentioned in the admission letter.
** Offer of admission will be valid only for the specific programme opted by the candidate as well as for the same academic session.
** Admission may be given provisionally as may be specified in the letter. The offer of admission will automatically stand cancelled if the conditions are not fulfilled by the specified time.
** There is a possibility that the Admission Committee recommends your admission in a category/programme/campus for which you have not applied in the application Form.
** In such cases an option will be given to you on your admission microsite informing you of the change and you may give your consent for the same.
** The selection letter will be available on Admission microsite (cutm.ac.in.) for downloading only after receiving your consent.
** Failure to pay the fee within the specified date or report for classes after payment of fee will entail cancellation of admission.

Admission Process at Campus :
** After confirmation on your Admission Microsite about receipt of your Form, it will normally be processed within 5 working days.
** Qualifying candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of Admission Procedure (written test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview) on the Admission Microsite
** In certain cases, options of dates will be available giving greater flexibility to you. It is your responsibility to check the website. No separate communication may be sent in this regard. If a short listed candidate fails to select the date (for which various options will be made available) and admission to the particular programme is closed, it will be his/her responsibility.
** If you have applied for more than one program through separate forms, kindly select date for the admission selection process separately.
** You will be permitted to appear for selection process of only one program on a particular date.
** The Admission procedure may last till late in the evening.
** You are requested to make Traveling & boarding arrangements on your own.
