a) Last Date of Submission of Project is 31st December, 2015
b) Viva-Voce of project will be held from 30th January , 2016 (if results are declared by 25th January, 2016)
c) Viva-voce of the projects is applicable to only those students who qualify in all the exams, and submit marks memo
Notification For P.G. Diploma (Cc) / (Ccc) 2013 & 2014 Batches Supplementary Exams December- 2015 :
Supplementary Examinations for the P.G. Diploma (CC) / (CCC) will be held during December- 2015.
Registration for the CC / CCC (2013 & 2014 Batches) Supplementary Examinations are scheduled as given below
Applications accepted from : 17. 11. 2015
Without late fee upto : 24. 11. 2015
With a late fee of Rs. 100/- : 26. 11. 2015
With a late fee of Rs. 1000/- : 28. 11. 2015
Registration for Regular / Supplementary Examinations will not be : 28. 11. 2015
Fee Particulars and Mode of Payment :

1. The amount payable to the University in this context should include the Exam Fee, Fee for Memorandum of Marks.
2. The mode of payment is in the Form of a crossed Demand Draft, (The candidates are instructed to write their Name, H.T.No. & contact number on the back side of the DD/Pay order should be drawn on or after 17. 11. 2015) from any Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of “The REGISTRAR, JNT UNIVERSITY HYDERABAD”, Payable at HYDERABAD. The student has to download the Registration form and Hall Ticket form and Time Table of Theory Examination from the website jntuh.ac.in
3. The student has to fill the Registration and Hall Ticket Forms with the Course Codes and the Titles of the Courses in which he/she intends to appear for the Examinations. Registration and Hall Ticket Forms should be completed in all respects with the Demand Draft should be mailed to the Director, School of Continuing and Distance Education, JNTUH, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-500 085 so as to reach the SCDE office as per the time schedule.
4. Registration Forms received after the due dates will not be accepted.
Information To The Candidates :
1.The Registration Form will be accepted only when the Hall Ticket Form and the crossed DD are enclosed and is received on or before the final due date.
2.The candidates are instructed to fill their name, hall ticket no & contact no on the back side of the demand draft.
3.The total amount includes Exam Fee for all the Courses, Theory /Laboratory/ Viva-Voce, Fee for Memorandum of Marks and late Fee if any.
4.The Candidates are instructed to fill in all the relevant details in the Registration and Hall Ticket Form in duplicate in their own handwriting as prescribed.
5.The candidates are held personally responsible for all the entries made and any incorrect information or information suppressed will entail disciplinary action against the candidates.
6.While incomplete Registration Form would be rejected. The registration could be cancelled at any stage when it is observed that his/her registration is against the rules of the University.
7.The Results of examinations will be informed only through website jntuh.ac.in and students should also download the result copy of Marks from website. The original Memos will be given in person whenever they visit SCDE Office.
8.All the Students are informed to visit their respective guides to complete their projects in given stipulated time.
9.Viva-voce for projects will be scheduled only when respective candidates pass in all the subjects and also should have been submitted the project duly signed by the guide in respective department of IST, JNTUH.
10.Last date of submission of the project is 31st December, 2015
