Sumandeep Mode Of Entrance Test
** The AIPGMDET 2016 will be of three hours duration containing 300 (MCQ) for medical stream and 200 (MCQ) for dental stream.

** Questions will be of single best response objective type with four answer options.
** Each correct answer will be awarded one mark.
** There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
** The Examinations will be conducted in English.
** The Entrance Test shall be of the standard laid drawn by the MCI/DCI and shall cover all the subjects of the M.B.B.S. Courses.
** There is no provision for Re-checking and Re-evaluation of the answer book

SELECTION PROCEDURE :
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Inter-se-merit of the candidate taking into consideration the preference given by the candidate and availability of seat in the branch/discipline of his / her choice when called for counseling as par His/her turn.
Tie Breaker :
MERIT :
In case of equal marks at AIPGMDET 2016 Inter-se-merit of the candidates will be determined by applying following tiebreakers rules:
i. First level: a) A candidate securing higher percentage of marks in the aggregate of marks at the First, second and Final M.B.B.S. (Part I & II) / First to Final BDS Examinations taken all together will be preferred. If the tie still persists then.
ii. Second level: A candidate securing higher percentage of marks in the Final M.B.B.S. (Part I & II)/ Final BDS Examinations will be preferred. If the tie still persists then.
iii. Third level: The Age will be considered and who is elder in age will be given first merit.
