Candidates who have minimum 50% marks in Class 10th and Class 12th and in graduation, can seek admission to UPES MBA programs by taking the UPES Management Entrance Test (UPESMET)

The University reserves the right to make changes in curricula, degree requirements, course offerings, student intake and academic regulations or change of location at any time without assigning any reason or prior notice. The said change may apply not only to prospective students but also to those who are already enrolled with the University.

Non Examination Pathway – MBA admissions through National Level Tests :
If you fulfill our eligibility criteria (Minimum 50 % marks in class 10th and 12th, as well as in graduation – Appeared but Result awaited can also apply) and have any of the following test scores
** Sept MAT 2015 score of minimum 75 percentile
** December MAT 2015 score of minimum 75 percentile
** Feb MAT 2016 score of minimum 75 percentile
** May MAT 2016 score of minimum 75 percentile
** Accept CMAT 2015 / XAT 2016 / CAT 2015 / NMAT 2015 / GMAT Scores

** Upto 50% seats shall be filled through National Level Tests category. Incase candidates for such seats are not available, UPES has the right to fill these seats through UPES Entrance Test. University also reserves the right to conduct further physical (paper pencil test) for admission post March ‘ 2016

** University reserves the right to change the Test Date or cancel the Test .University also reserves thr right to conduct further physical (pen/paper) test post administration of the March ‘ 2016 Test.

Reservation of Seats :
For Uttrakhand Bonafide resident candidates : 15 % of the seats in all program will be reserved for resident of Uttrakhand subject to producing of “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra certificate” .These Seats will be filled by separate merit list declared for Uttrakhand resident candidates.However in the event of the seats remaining unfilled by the stipulated date in the above mentioned category the same shall be treated as unreserved.

Note: Candidates applying under this category would be required to produce the original “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” during the day of admission failing which their candidature shall stand cancelled.

M.Des (UPES – DAT) : :
Candidates who don’t have a valid CEED score or didn’t appear for CEED exam will have to sit for UPES Design Aptitude Test (UPES – DAT) which will be followed by Personal Interviews and presentation on work portfolio. UPES DAT is conducted online for evaluating the design aptitude of the candidate. It comprises of objective type questions.

The eligibility criteria for admission in M. Des is as follows :
Minimum 50 % marks at Higher & Senior Secondary Level (10th& 12th)
B. Tech / BE in any discipline / B. Arch / BFA-4 yrs / B. Des/ 3 years B.Sc in Design plus 1 year of foundation /Applied Arts with minimum 50% marks

Entrance Exam : UPES Design Aptitude Test (UPESDAT) – 19-21 January, 2016

Interviews and Presentation of Portfolio : 28-29 January, 2016 in New Delhi (Complete venue details will be shared shortly)
