U.P. Unaided Medical Colleges Welfare Association is conducting U.P. Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test (UPPGMET – 2015) & U.P. Combined Medical Entrance Test (UPCMET – 2016) as per the guidelines of Hon’ble High Court & Hon’ble Apex Court for admission to the First Year of PG Programmes : MD/ MS (3 Years Course) / Post Graduate Diploma (2 Year Diploma) and Admission in MBBS First Year for academic year 2016-17 respectively in (Unaided Minority as well as Non-Minority) Member Colleges of Uttar Pradesh**.

1. Educational Qualification as per the MCI norms.
2. 17 years of age as on 31st December, 2016.
3. Reservation as per Govt. order applicable at the time.

Mode of Admission :

UPUMCWA is conducting UPPGMET-2016 for admission in M.D./M.S./ Post Graduate Diploma course from the academic session starting in 2016 for and on behalf of member colleges in compliance with order of Hon’ble Apex Court and Allahabad High Court Lucknow Bench vide Writ Petition No. 4265(MB) 2006, Writ Petition No. 276(MB) 2007 & Writ Petition No. 5939(M/S) 2012. Admission will be done as per the merit list prepared in the manner mentioned in this brochure on the basis of marks secured in the above UPPGMET-2016 conducted in a fair, transparent and non – exploitative manner.

Important Instructions :
This brochure can be downloaded from the Application forms can be obtained & submitted in the following three modes:
1. From the Cash Counters of the participating colleges (as listed on page 6 of this brochure) on Cash Payment of Rs. 3500/=. Such applications are to be completely filled & sent through Speed Post to the “Coordinator – UPPGMET 2016, First Floor, Anand Ashram Complex, Rampur Garden, Bareilly – 243 001”.

2. Downloaded from the website upumcwa.org and after printing the same on A-4 sheet, such applications are to be completely filled and sent along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 3500/= in favor of “UPUMCWA” payable at “Bareilly (U.P.)” to the “Coordinator – UPPGMET 2016,First Floor, Anand Ashram Complex, Rampur Garden, Bareilly – 243 001”.

Completely filled Online through the link provided on the website upumcwa.org. The candidate is required to upload scanned photograph, signature and thumb impression. The candidate should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. On submission of details, a Confirmation Page with Application No. shall be generated. Candidates are required to take print out of Confirmation Page and keep it for reference.

Fee Payment :
The application fee payment can be made online :
1) By Credit Card.
2) By Debit Card.
3) By Net Banking.

Thereafter, the Confirmation Page is to be sent through Speed Post to the “Coordinator – UPPGMET 2016, First Floor, Anand Ashram Complex, Rampur Garden, Bareilly – 243 001”.

Note :
[i] The option of date & Center City for Online Test should be exercised while filling up the application form. The allotment of slots/dates will be on first come first served basis. If a candidate does not make any selection, he/she shall be randomly assigned a slot/date as per the availability of the same.

[ii] In case a candidate, by furnishing the false information, appears in more than one slots/dates of the computer based examination, his candidature will be cancelled and his result will not be declared.

[iii] In case the either of the Recent Colored Passport Size Photograph, Left Hand Thumb Impression, or Signatures are not duly uploaded, please put the same on the Confirmation Page before sending the same.

[iv] In case of any problem regarding downloading / filling / submission of the application form, please feel free to share the same over email at info@upumcwa.org. If the problems are not solved within 48 hours, one may contact the Coordinator – UPPGMET 2016 at mobile no. 9412761020.

** Please attach the Xerox copies of the documents (as mentioned on page 4 of this brochure) with the filled in application form/Confirmation page.
** UPUMCWA will not be responsible for any delay in receiving of completed application form along with all enclosures either on the part of post office or for any other reason.
** The application form after scrutiny shall be processed and applicant will be provided the facility to download his/her admit card along with roll no from the website upumcwa.org.
** The admit card will allow one to appear in the entrance test.
** Appropriate information regarding centres shall be mentioned on the admit card.
** If any document/declaration submitted by the candidate is found to be false at any stage his/her candidature will be cancelled and he/she may be liable for prosecutions under law.
** In case of any legal dispute the jurisdiction will be limited to Bareilly Courts only.
** The candidates are also instructed to note the Application Form No. and to keep photocopy of submitted application form along with proof of having submitted the application form for any future reference.
** Incomplete Application Forms will be rejected.
