FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS) :
5. What are the various modes of payment of Registration fees?
There are two modes of payment. The first mode is through AP Online and the other mode is through Debit Card / Credit Card. The locations of AP Online Centers are given in the APICET-2015 website.

6. How do I know that my application has been received and accepted after filling in the online application form?
On successful submission of the online application form, you will immediately receive an SMS on your mobile phone with the Registration number. Further, your “Filled in Online Application form” containing all the details uploaded from database and typed by you along with Registration number and Barcode will be displayed instantly.

7. What should I do with the “Filled in Application Form”?
The candidate has to take a print of the “Filled In Application Form”, keep a copy of this form and preserve it carefully. Use the Registration number printed in the “Filled In Application Form” for all future correspondence.

8. Should I upload any certificates?
No, you do not have to upload any certificates.

9. Should I upload my photograph and signature?
You need to upload the Photo (file size less than 30KB and JPG file format) and Signature (File Size less than 15KB and JPG file format) as and when prompted by the system during the online application form filling process.

10. How much is the Registration fee for APICET 2015 examination?
Registration Fee for APICET-2015 is Rs.250/- and the details as follows:
Without Late Fee : Rupees 250/- : 14-03-2015 to 13-04-2015
With Late Fee (In addition to the Registration Fee):
With a Late fee of Rs. 500/- (Reg. Fee Rs.250 +Late Fee Rs.500 = Rs.750/-) : 14-04-2015 to 20-04-2015
With a Late fee of Rs. 2,000/- (Reg. Fee Rs.250 +Late Fee Rs.2,000 = Rs.2,250/-) : 21-04-2015 to 27-04-2015
With a Late fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Reg. Fee Rs.250 +Late Fee Rs.5,000 = Rs.5,250/-) : 28-04-2015 to 04-05-2015
With a Late fee of Rs. 10,000/- (Reg.Fee Rs.250 +LateFeeRs.10,000= Rs.10,250/-) : 05-05-2015 to 11-05-2015
The Registration fee / Late fee may be paid at AP Online Centers in A.P and also through payment gateway (credit/debit card).
* Registration Fee (with late Fee) refer the Notification 11. If I choose the Payment Gateway option, how do I submit the ONLINE Application form?
Before selecting the Debit / Credit card payment mode for Registration fee, the candidate has to be ready with the required mandatory details. After payment, the ONLINE Application form will appear. Fill in all the mandatory details, read the declaration and SUBMIT.

12. Do I need to post my application and attachments?
No, Not Necessary.

13. After completing the ONLINE application process and generating printable Application form, will I be able to login again to change my application data?
NO, after submission of the ONLINE application form, a “Filled In Application Form” is generated. The candidate should take a print of the application form and hence, cannot modify the data. Therefore, the candidates are highly expected to be extra careful while filling the ONLINE application form. However, some of the fields (excluding Regional Test Centre) in the Filled In Online Application Form can be edited if the candidate write a request letter with relevant proofs addressing CONVENER, APICET-2015 or send an e-mail to icet2015ap@gmail.com.

14. I did some mistake in filling the details in Online Application, then how to change?
The candidates are highly expected to be extra careful while filling the ONLINE application form. However, some of the fields (excluding Regional Test Centre) in the Filled In Online Application Form can be edited if the candidate write a request letter with relevant proofs addressing CONVENER, APICET-2015 or send an e-mail to apicet2015ap@gmail.com.

15. If I misplace my copy of the “Filled In Online Application Form”, how to get another copy of it?
You can take a fresh printout of the “Filled In Online Application Form” from the website by giving suitable details.

16. I have missed to take a print of my ONLINE application at the end of my application process. How will I get access to it?
You can take a copy by typing the appropriate details take a printout from the www.apicet15.org by clicking “Print Your Filled In Application Form”.

17. What if I don’t have an Email-id?
Email-id is not a mandatory detail but desirable as you might be intimated important information about APICET-2015 from time to time to the given e-mail id.

18. What if I don’t have a Mobile number?
Mobile number is a mandatory detail as your Transaction Id., Payment confirmation or any other future correspondence is through the correct Mobile number you enter. Hence, if you don’t have a Mobile number enter the mobile number of your Parents / Guardian.

20. If I arrive to the ICET Examination Hall late by 1 minute, will I be allowed to take the exam ?
The candidate aspiring for APICET-2015 examination will NOT BE ALLOWED into the examination hall if he/she is late by 1 minute. Hence, there is no scope for taking the exam. In view of the unwanted situations in the past, the candidates are advised to reach the Test Centre well in advance keeping in view the time required for traveling and traffic conditions.

21. I have pressed the Back / Refresh / ANY button during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card, will that speed up my payment process?
It is strictly suggested to avoid the operation of Back / Refresh / ANY other buttons during the Registration Fee Payment through Debit / Credit Card, this will not only hamper the whole process but the application submission will be incomplete. Hence, you are advised to have patience during the Online Payment through Bank.

22. I haven’t found the answer to my question in the FAQ’s, what should I do?
You are advised to go through ALL details thoroughly on the official APICET- 2015 websit . Still if you do not find an answer to your question contact the APICET office. You can also send an e-mail to the icet2015ap@gmail.com or contact at Phone : 0891-2844999, 2754586

23. If I missed the last date (i.e., 09-04-2014) for the payment of Registration fee without fine, how much should I pay from the next date?
Refer the answer for the FAQ No.10, the Registration Fee details are clearly mentioned.

23. With the help of the AP Online acquired Transaction Id. I have started filling the Online Application Form. Unfortunately, I did not complete the process by clicking the “SUBMIT” button and the “Filled In Online Application Form” was not generated. Can I use the same Transaction Id. again and restart the filling of the Online Application Form?
Yes, candidate can use the same Transaction Id. as long as you do not press the “Submit Application” button in Online Application Form.

24. I have registered for the APICET-2015 as I am eligible, can I transfer the already paid Registration Fee to my friend?
No, the Registration Fee cannot be TRANSFERED.

25. I have paid the Registration Fee, but I do not wish to take the APICET 2015 exam due to unavoidable reasons. Is the Registration Fee Refundable?
No, the Registration Fee is NOT REFUNDABLE.

26. Can I exchange the Transaction Id. with my friend?
No, the Transaction Id. is not TRANSFERABLE

27. Are the Help Line Centres(HLCs) meant for appearing APICET-2015 entrance test ?
No. This information is required for certificate verification at the time of Counselling for admission to professional courses. The schedule will be notified by the competent authority at later date.
