4 Admit cards to candidates who are considered provisionally eligible for AIPGDET – 2016 Will be made available on the Vidyapeeth website one week before the Entrance Test
Conduct ofAIPGDET– 2016:
4.1 The eligible candidate is required to attend the AIPGDET- 2016 at his/her own cost.
4.2 The Examination medium will be in English.
4.3 AIPGDET – 2016 paper will be of one and half hours duration, containing 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). Questions will be single best response objective type with four choices. Each correct response will be awarded one mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answer. Scratching, overwriting and multiple answers will be considered as wrong answers. Candidate shall darken the circle corresponding to correct response by black ball point pen.
4.4 The Entrance Test will be based on the Syllabus of the BDS Examination and will cover all the subjects of the BDS Course.

Tie Breaker :
6.1 In case two or more candidates score equal number of marks in the AIPGDET – 2016, the inter-se merit of such candidates will be determined in the order of preference as under:
6.1.1 The candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at the First, Second, Third and Final BDS exam will be preferred. If the tie still persists.
6.1.2 The candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at the Final BDS exam (Part I & Part II) taken together will be preferred. If the tie still persists.
6.1.3 The candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at the Third BDS exam will be preferred. If the tie still persists.
6.1.4 The candidate with more aggregate marks (converted into percentage) at the secondBDSexam will be preferred.
7. Counseling andAdmissions :
7.1 The selection to a course will be made as per the Meritcum- Preference given by the candidate.
7.2 To be eligible for selection to any of the postgraduate courses, a candidate must secure not less than 50% marks at AIPGDET- 2016.
7.3 Based on preferences given, the seat will be allotted on merit and admission will be done provisionally, subject to eligibility granted by theVidyapeeth.
7.4 The choice of the course once entered in the preference form will be final and irrevocable.
7.5 The Candidate should submit a set of photocopies of the following documents at the time of admission and produce the Original Certificates as listed below.
7.5.1 Nationality Certificate orValid Passport.
7.5.2 Proof of Date of Birth.
7.5.3 Caste Certificate
7.5.4 Statement ofBDSMarks Sheet 1st, 2nd, 3rd &4th year (Part I&Part II).
7.5.5 BDSDegree/Passing Certificate.
7.5.6 Attempt Certificate of all University Examinations.
7.5.7 Internship Completion Certificate or Certificate indicating the likely date of completion of Internship.
7.5.8 Registration Certificate of State Dental Council/DCI.
7.5.9 Transfer Certificate.
7.5.10 Bonafide Certificate.
7.5.11 Migration Certificate.
7.6 Candidates selected shall abide by the disciplinary rules ofVidyapeeth/Institution and the Management.
7.7 Candidates selected for the course will not be allowed to change the subject on mutual basis.
7.8 In case of dispute in the matter of allotment of seat/course or any other matter, provisional selection or cancellation of admission, the decision of the Vice Chancellor shall be final and binding.
