Subharti Entrance Exam for Admission

Applications are invited for admission in:
1. Ph.D. programmes in [Anatomy = 17, Biochemistry = 08, Community Medicine = 07, General Surgery = 08, Paediatrics (Neonatology) = 05, Microbiology = 05, Medical-Orthopaedics = 08

Duration : Minimum 2 Yrs. (for MSc. Medical applicant minimum 3 yrs.)

Eligibility : at least 55% marks in post-graduation (where ever applicable). For Medical subjects MD/MS/PG Diploma or MSc. Medical in relevant subject.

2. M.Phil. programmes in [Law = 10, Lib. & Info. Sc. = 10, Education = 10, Physical Education = 10, Zoology = 05 and Journalism & Mass Communication = 05].

Eligibility : at least 55% marks in post-graduation (in relevant subject).

Prescribed application forms are available at the Registrar’s office or may be downloaded from University website subharti.org, application form should reach Registrar office along with DD worth Rs. 1500/- (including examination fee) in favour of ‘Swami Vivekanand Subharti University’ payable at Meerut latest by 12th September 2015 amount may also be paid in cash at accounts dept.

Date & Timings:- Entrance Exam will be conducted on 27th September 2015, at Subharti campus only.
** For Ph.D. programme 09.00 am to 11.00 am
** For M.Phil. programme 12:00 noon to 02:00 pm.

Applications of ineligible candidates & incomplete application forms will be rejected. Admit cards will be issued only to eligible candidates & sent through email only.

Qualified candidates of Entrance Exam will be called for an Interview, Merit list will be declared after Interview. The date and time of Interview will be notified accordingly.

The applicants who have qualified UGC-JRF/CSIR or M.Phil. are required to indicate accordingly in the application form for exemption from the theory part of the Ph.D. Entrance Exam.

Test Pattern: – The Entrance Exam shall be of hundred (100) multiple choice questions. 50 questions shall be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/ research aptitude of the candidate. Rest 50 questions will be of subject for which candidate is applying.

SEND ONLY SELF ATTESTED COPIES (NOT ORIGINALS).
1. Date of birth (DOB) certificate or High School (Class Ten) Certificate with DOB (Required for all candidates)
2. SC/ST/OBC Certificate if applicable (Item 11)
3. Sponsorship certificate for sponsored candidates. (Item 14)
4. GATE/CSIR/UGC score card (Item 13 A)
5. Copies of mark/grade sheets (Items 13 B & 13 C)
6. No Objection/relieving Certificate from employer (for employed candidates)
7. The Demand draft for the Application & Test Fee of Rs.1500/- (One thousand five hundred only)
8. Two letters of reference. (Item 15)
