Scheme Of Test :
The test will be held on from 01 PM to 03 PM at (Venue of test Bal Niketan Model Senior Secondary School, Sec 37-A CHD.**) 30th August 2015 Sunday
As per conditions, the candidates who secure less than 50% marks in the Entrance test shall not be eligible for admission to the BDS course.
i) The test will consist of one paper of 200 marks carrying multiple choice questions.
ii) Duration of test: Two hours
iii) Number of questions (items) : 100
iv) The test is of objective type: The test will contain 100 MCQs of best response type.
Marking of answer sheet :
Full credit i.e. 2 mark (Two) will be given to each correct answer. There will be no negative marking.
Procedure to be followed in the examination hall. :
a) No candidate will be allowed entry in the Examination hall 15 minutes (01:15 PM) after the commencement of the test.
c) Immediately on receipt of the test booklet, the candidate will first read the instructions on it and fill in the required particulars. Before attempting the question paper, the candidates must check that the test booklet supplied to him/her is complete in all respects as regards the number of pages and questions. Discrepancy if any should be brought to the notice of the invigilator immediately and the booklet should be got changed. No complaint in this regard will be entertained 30 minutes after the start of the test.
d) The test booklet sheet must be handed over to the invigilator before leaving the hall, failing which the candidature of the candidate will stand cancelled.
e) There will be no revaluation/rechecking.
Legal Jurisdiction :
All disputes relating to the conduct of the test and declaration of the result will be subject to Ludhiana, Jurisdiction.
Not Allowed In Examination Hall :
a) Hand Bag, Carry Bag, Wallets and Purse etc.
b) Mobile Phones / Tablet / IPad / IPod / Other Devices Having GSM Functions.
c) Any Device Having Camera Features.
d) Any Type of Paper / Sheet (Not Even for any Rough Work).
e) Personal Ball / Gel / Other Pens.
DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM :
The application form must be accompanied by the Photostat Copies of following certificates:-
a) Certificate of Passing matriculation from an institution recognized by the State Govt. / GOI
b) Certificate of passing +2 examination from an institution recognized by the State Govt. / GOI.
c) Three copies of recent photographs (passport size) duly attested by the Principal of the school / Gazetted officer to be fixed on the form & admit card.
d) Certificate of good conduct from head of the institution last attended.
e) Form complete in all respect should be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post or By Hand to The Admission Coordinator so as to reach latest 25th August 2015 Tuesday 05.00 PM
