COUNSELING INSTRUCTIONS :

1. The candidate should appear IN PERSON for counselling.
2. The candidate should report at the Counselling venue one hour before the time mentioned in the counselling call letter on the stipulated date.

3. The candidate should register himself / herself for the counselling within the stipulated time. They need to be present in the counselling hall and respond when their names are read out / called, failing which they will lose their chance of being selected.

4. Mere calling for counselling does not offer any guarantee for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H degree course.

5. The candidates who have called for the counselling will be selected on the basis of the aggregate (cut off) marks obtained by them (as mentioned in the Prospectus) and also on the basis of the vacancy position available at the constituent colleges of the University following the community reservation rules of Tamil Nadu Government.

6. The candidate is also requested to bring the following documents in original for the Counselling:
i. Call letter for Counselling
ii. HSC / Equivalent course Mark Sheet
iii. Community Certificate (obtained from the Competent Revenue authority)
iv. Transfer and Conduct certificates
v. First graduate certificate (if applicable)
vi. Special category certificates -Differently abled/ Sports/ Children of Ex-Serviceman Certificates (if applicable)
vii. Evidence for having joined in other course (if applicable)

7. If the candidate has already joined in any other course, the candidate is advised not to obtain Transfer and Conduct Certificates from the Institution in which he / she is studying, as the Counselling in this University does not offer any guarantee for selection. But evidence for having deposited the educational certificates should be produced at the time of counselling.

8. The selected candidate may pay the following fees at the time of admission, provided he / she has all the original certificates
(*Income Certificate, Certificate for First Graduate and Certificate for differently abled should be provided, wherever required.)

9. The candidate also has an option to pay the above mentioned fees within a week and surrender all original certificates.

10. Failing to pay the fees and submit all the original certificates within the prescribed time will lead to the forfeiture of the seat offered.
