ONLINE COUNSELLING UG CET – 2015 :
I. KRLMPCA is pleased to inform all the successful candidates of UG CET 2015 that the online counseling for selection of medical & dental seats in our member institutes will be conducted on 26-07-2015 from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm.

The Engineering course online seat allotment will be conducted on later date.

For the first time the KRLMPCA is conducting online seat allotment for candidates who have rank in Medical/Dental course. Most of the candidates are aware of the process and procedure online seat allotment as being done by other examination authorities.

II. The candidates are here by informed to read the following points carefully:
a) Confirm your admission ticket number by verifying the admission ticket issued by the KRLMPCA.
b) Confirm your Rank in Medical/Dental Course.
c) Confirm the number of colleges affiliated to Association.
d) Prepare a list of colleges /course as per your choice.
e) The option entered by the candidate for first round will remain for all the rounds.
f) Candidate will not be allowed to change the option.
g) Candidate will be allowed to add new option if any new colleges and course added to the Association.

III. How to enter the options :
a) Candidate has to enter the KRLMPCA Admission Ticket Number.
b) Candidate has to enter his date of birth as entered in the application form.
c) Candidate has to Select the Course (Medical, Dental or Both)
d) Click the colleges in order of preference.
e) Priority of options will remain the same for both Medical and Dental Course
f) By considering the option entered by the candidate online, allotment will be made and the same hosted on the Association Website on the date notified.
g) If candidate is satisfied with the allotted college/ Course, he/she can report to the college within the notified date with all original documents including religious/linguistic caste certificate.
h) The College will verify all the required documents of the allotted candidate. If they are satisfied they will inform the candidate for payment of fee prescribed by the Government. If the document produced by the candidate is not satisfied the college will inform the Association that the college is not satisfied with the required document submitted by the candidate.
i) After the last date of admission as notified by the Association if any Seats remained vacant, the same will be notified and offered in next round of allotment. The next date of allotment will be notified later.

Schedule of Online Allotment :
1. Option entry- From 26-07-2015 from 10:30am to 5:00pm.
2. Online allotment of seat on 27-07-2015. The candidates can confirm the allotment of college by entering their ATNO. and Date of birth.
3. Reporting and submitting of documents to allotted college by the candidate on or before 29-7-2015 before 5:00pm.
4. Verification and confirmation of document by colleges and payment of fees by candidate before 31-07-2015 up to 5:00pm.
