The WB-JEE Board informs us that the Admit Cards/Hall tickets are being issued in batches. Most of the Hall tickets have been made available online, but a small fraction are still to be issued, which will become available on Friday 10 July.

Candidates allocated to Hooghly Engineering and Technology College and Saroj Mohan Institute of Technology in Hooghly have been shifted to the Future Institute of Engineering and Management in Sonarpur.

Fresh admit cards will be released for these candidates by 6:00 pm on Friday 10 July 2015.

Admit Cards/Hall Tickets for the Presidency University Bachelors’ Entrance test will be available online from 8th July onwards. Students will be notified by SMS when their Hall tickets is activated. Presidency University or the WB JEE Board will not issue any printed Hall tickets.

Entrance Test: General PCM Guidelines
The one–hour Common Test (PCM) is to be taken by applicants for Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics and Physics Applicants for Geology do not have to sit for any other test, while the applicants for the other four will have to sit for another test later in the day for their respective subjects.

The Entrance test will have 40 questions of 2 marks each, with negative marking for wrong responses. The questions will be in English, and have approximately equal number of questions in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The level of the questions in this exam will be in general lower than that in the tests for the three individual subjects, samples of which are given on this page.
