Notice For Nursing & Paramedical Counselling – 2015 :
Subsequent to declaration of result of combined entrance examination for Nursing & Paramedical (CEENP – 2015) held on 28th June 2015, it is hereby informed that first counseling for admission into Nursing and Paramedical programs at Himalayan College of Nursing and Himalayan Institute of Medical Sciences will be held on 21st, 22nd & 23rd July 2015, as per details given below at University campus, Swami Ram Nagar, Jolly Grant, Dehradun – 248016, Uttarakhand:

Candidates shall register themselves before commencement of counselling on the day of their counselling as per their rank order for allotment of seats. Mere registration by a candidate shall not guarantee allotment of seat.

Registration Process:
The Registration Process will be as follows:
i) Candidates shall report for registration at the above mentioned time and schedule on the day of counseling as per their rank order.

ii) The registration form for counselling can be downloaded from the university website. Duly filled in registration form is to be brought at the time of counselling.

iii) On the dates of counselling, candidates are required to reach the place of counselling at least half an hour before the above prescribed time

Allotment:
After the Registration, allotment of seats will also be done on the day of counseling as per above mentioned schedule to the candidates on rank basis. Candidates are required to remain present in person or through their authorized representative with the following documents in original alongwith 01 (one) set of photocopy of the same.

Documents Check List (to be submitted for Nursing & Paramedical Programs) :
** Call letter for counseling
** Admit Card of CEENP-2015
** High School (10th Class) or equivalent examination’s mark sheet/Certificate as proof of date of birth
** Mark sheet of Intermediate or qualifying examination (12th Class) from a recognized board.
** Pass certificate of Intermediate or qualifying examination (12th Class) from a recognized board.
** Recent Character Certificate from the School/College last attended/Gazetted Officer
** Transfer certificate/School leaving Certificate
** Migration Certificate (If Applicable)
** Cast or category (SC/ST/OBC) and (or) sub-category (FF, DPW, PH) certificate issued by competent authority (If Applicable).
** Permanent Residence Certificate for Uttrakhand Candidate (If Applicable)
** Four Recent Colored Photographs Passport Size
** Two Blank Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 10 each for Affidavit against ragging by Candidates and parents
** Authority letter and undertaking regarding authorization (if applicable)
** One set of photocopy of all the original documents.
** Duly filled in registration form, student data form and hostel form. Proforma can be downloaded from university website srhu.edu.in

Note:
1. It is compulsory to deposit at least Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) by the candidate who has been allotted a seat on the date of counseling to secure their admission.

2. The Tuition fees have to paid as per the Information Brochure.

3. In addition to the above fee, a candidate shall be charged Rs. 1,500/- for ‘Hepatitis B’ vaccination.

Mode of Payment of Fees :
A demand draft issued by State Bank of India drawn in favour of ‘Swami Rama Himalayan University’ payable HIHT Jollygrant.
OR
A demand draft of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of ‘Swami Rama Himalayan University’ payable at Rishikesh.

NOTE:
** Candidates, who have been allotted the seat, shall deposit the fee on the date of counselling or latest by 3rd August 2015, after being found medically fit by the medical board of the university. However, candidate is required to pay a minimum of Rs. 20,000/- to secure admission on the day of counselling. This amount shall be adjusted in the total fees of programme of that particular year. Admission will not be confirmed without depositing Rs. 20,000/-. Hostel shall be allotted only on deposition of requisite hostel fee.

** All allotments are subject to verification of authenticity of facts from the original certificates/documents of the candidates. The decision of the Counseling Committee regarding the eligibility of any applicant shall be final. If any candidate fails to appear in counselling in person or through the authorized representative, he/she will not be entitled to any claim for seat in the selected nursing/paramedical programmes.

** If the candidate leaves the programme before September 30, 2015, the Admission Fee and Tuition Fee shall be forfeited. In case the candidate wants to discontinue the programme after September 30, 2015 then she/ he shall be required to deposit the fee for the entire duration of the course.

** Academic session will commence from September 1, 2015.
