Schedule For Vacancy Round Counselling Of DET-2015 :
FOR LEFT OUT APPEARED CANDIDATES AGAINST THE VACANT SEATS :
A. Web based e-counselling for admission to 1st semester engineering. :

1. Document verification and Deposit of Counselling fee of Rs.200/- in Cash in respect of the candidates those who have not got their documents verified. 21.07.2015
2. Registration, Choice Filling and Choice locking in respect of fresh candidates and Non-Registered candidates at any NCC (9.00 AM to 6.00 PM)
(Candidates who have deposited part admission fee are not allowed) 22.07.2015 to 23.07.2015
3. Result publication and Provisional allotment 24.07.2015
4. Deposit of part admission fee by candidates at any branch through AXIS/ IDBI Bank Chalan (During Bank Hour) 25.07.2015 to 27.07.2015
5. Final allotment 29.07.2015
6. Reporting at the finally allotted Institute 30.07.2015
B. Central counselling for admission to Non-Engineering courses :
(Venue : Govt. Polytechnic, Bhubaneswar, Reporting time : 9.00 to 10.00 AM)
1. Document verification and Deposit of Counselling fee of Rs.200/- in Cash in respect of the candidates those who have not got their documents verified. Deposit of Part admission fee of Rs.300/- in Cash by the allotted candidates 21.07.2015
C. Central counselling for admission to Film and TV courses of BPFTIO. :
(Venue : Auditorium hall, BPFTIO, BOSE Campus, Reporting time : 9.00 to 10.00 AM)
1. Document verification and Deposit of Counselling fee of Rs.200/- in Cash in respect of the candidates those who have not got their documents verified. Deposit of Part admission fee of Rs.300/- in Cash by the allotted candidates 23.07.2015
D. Central counselling for admission to 4 years part time courses :
(Venue : Auditorium hall, BPFTIO, BOSE Campus, Reporting time : 9.00 to 10.00 AM)
1. Document verification and Deposit of Counselling fee of Rs.200/- in Cash in respect of the candidates those who have not got their documents verified. Deposit of Part admission fee of Rs.300/- in Cash by the allotted candidates 24.07.2015
NB:
1. All the seats are treated as Combined General Category.
2. The counseling will be conducted against vacant seats
3. The candidates except those who have deposited the part admission fee shall be allowed to participate in the vacancy round.
