Notice – 1 : Provisional Admission Letter
Download option for the ‘Provisional Admission Letter (PAL)’ will be available on the CCMT website ( ccmt.in) on 08 July 2015.

Notice – 2 : Eligible Candidates for entering into National Spot Round (NSR).

Following applicants will be eligible for the National Spot Round (NSR):
Registered applicants who were not allotted any seat till Round 3.
Registered applicants who were allotted a seat in a previous round but failed to report at the Reporting Center.
Registered applicants who were allotted a seat in a previous round but the seat got canceled. If the applicant is still eligible but was still not allotted any seat in subsequent Rounds.
Registered applicants who were allotted a seat in a previous round but surrendered it at the Reporting Center.

These candidates are required to follow the norms and procedure of NSR in order to participate in NSR.

*Please also note that applicants, who are not registered to the CCMT-2015, are NOT ELIGIBLE for the NSR.

Notice – 3 : Applicants NOT eligible for National Spot Round (NSR)
The following applicants shall not be eligible for the NSR, for their names have been removed from the active list of candidates:

Applicants without the permanent number (PN).
Applicants who have taken voluntary withdrawal.
Applicants who declared themselves as SC, ST, or OB but could not establish credentials and were not eligible for OC category
Those applicants who have already been allotted a seat in any round and paid BIF for admission.
Those applicants who have been allotted a seat but has refused by not paying BIF.

Notice – 4 : Reporting to the Allotted Institute
Except NSR, the provisional admission is almost complete for the candidates of first three rounds. Few more formalities are to be completed at the admitting institutes. Students are advised to report the admitted institutes during the reporting period as mentioned in Annexure–XI of the information brochure. If for some reason, a student cannot travel and reach the institute in time her/his admission offer shall still remain valid and she/he may join in the admitting institute on a later date, preferably before starting of the classes. The period of absence shall be treated under the attendance rules of the admitting institutes. Students may note that depending on the institutes, they may be forbidden for appearing the semester examinations or get a lower grade. Students are therefore advised strongly to report the institutes well before starting of the classes. Those who will still not join the admitting institute may lose their seat and lose their money as per the rules of the admitting institute.

Notice – 5 : Re-schedule of dates
Due to some unavoidable circumstances the internal sliding and NSR activities have been re-scheduled as follows:

Declaration of vacant seats available for NSR after internal sliding: 08 July 2015 (Wed).
Generation of Provisional Admission Letter (PAL) for the first three rounds : 08 – 11 July 2015 (Wed – Sat).

National Spot Round (NSR) schedule:
1. Choice filling and fee payment by applicants: 08 – 11 July 2015 (Wed – Sat).
2. Document verification and choice locking at any reporting centre: 09 – 11 July 2015 (Thu – Sat).
3. Declaration of NSR allotment: 16 July 2015 (Thu)
4. Payment of NSR-Balance Institute Fee (NSR-BIF): 16 – 18 July 2015 (Thu – Sat)
5. Generation of NSR-Provisional Admission Letter (NSR-PAL): 17 – 20 July 2015 (Fri – Sun)

Accordingly, applicants are advised to follow the NSR procedure as mentioned in the information brochure.

Notice – 6 : Refund of NSR-PIF
In case no allotment, NSR-PIF will be refunded by 31 July 2015.
