Documents to be submitted at the time of counselling :
1. Demand draft of Rs. 25,000/- in favour of “FDDI” Payable at Noida/Chhindwara/Chennai/Kolkata

2. Class 10th passing Certificate (Photo Copy, Duly Attested)

3. Marksheet of Class 12th (In case the final result of candidate is awaited, Candidate may submit certificate from College/ University mentioning that final result is awaited and tentative date of declaration of results)

4. Two recent passport size colour photographs.

5. Character Certificate from the Principal of last attended school or any Gazetted Officer

6. Original Certificate of Medical Fitness / Undertaking of Medical Fitness

7. Caste Certificate/ Disability Certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer (if applicable).

8. OBC Candidates are required to submit:-
a. *Certificate 1 : Certificate regarding Non Creamy Layer other backward classes duly signed by District Magistrate Executive Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Sub Divisional Magistrate / Tehsildar of the District / Place of which the candidate is resident.

b. Certificate 2 : Undertaking by Non Creamy Layer OBC candidates Format of both the certificates applicable for OBC reservation is available on fddiindia.com Admission will be made strictly on merit basis (Rank-wise) and counseling / admissions will stop when all the seats get filled-up. Institute will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to parents / candidates due to closure of the counseling prior to dates notified in the Counseling. Admission may be denied due to non submission of the above mentioned certificates / demand draft.

Document Verification process:
** FDDI rank holders must present at any of the verification centre in person according to the schedule given by FDDI. Proper undertaking must be furnished in case of non appearing of Candidate.

** Candidates have to deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- as part of Admission Fees (Non Refundable) at the verification centre via DD in favour of ‘FDDI’ payable at Respective centres (Noida or Chennai or Kolkata or Chhindwara)

** Required documents will be verified by FDDI officials & candidates need to submit set of photocopies for verification and authentication.

Other Documents required : (only if applicable and according to format in brochure)
** Domicile certificate, if applicable.
** Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST, if applicable
** Subcategory certificate for Physically handicapped as applicable

IMPORTANT:
1. DO NOT Submit the ORIGINAL Certificates .
2. No TA/DA will be given to candidates who are traveling for Admission process in different centres
