Research Eligibility Test (RET) :
Applications are invited for Research Eligibility Test (RET) for provisional admission to M.Phil./Ph.D. Programme being run in following university teaching departments:

Eligibility: Master’s Degree in concerned/ allied subject with at least 55% marks.
Date of RET and Centre : Aug 04, 2015 at JVB Institute, Ladnun
Time: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Paper: Paper-I : Reasoning, Aptitude Test etc.
Paper-II: Research Methodology and
Paper-III: Concerned Subject
Date of Personal Interview: Aug 5-6, 2015 at JVB Institute, Ladnun
Exemption: Candidates who have qualified UGC JRF/NET/SLET or passed M.Phil. under UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedures for Awards of M.Phil and Ph.D. Degree), Regulation, 2009 are exempted from the RET. But all exempted candidates are also required to submit the application from along with prescribed fee for processing and consideration.
Application Form: Application Form may be downloaded from the university website jvbi.ac.in, the duly filled application form must reach to the Director, Research, JVB Institute, Ladnun (Rajasthan) along with a Demand Draft of the requisite fee of Rs. 300/- in favour of Registrar, Jain Vishva Bharati Institute, Ladnun, payble at Ladnun, on or before 16.07.2015 and with late fee of Rs. 500/- up to 25.07.2015 (for all candidates)
Other information related to the rules for the award of Ph.D. degree, subject-wise seats (tentative), Test paper scheme etc. is available on the university website. Candidate appeared/appearing in PG final annual/semester exam may also apply for admission to Ph.D. program/RET but they have to submit the mark-sheet of final exam on or before the RET.
