The Department of Training & Technical Education has started the Online Admission in Government Industrial Training Institute’s & Basic Training Centre w.e.f. 01-06-2015 of Eighteen Co-educational / Women ITI’s & BTC in various Engineering & Non-Engineering Trades of Two Semester & Four Semester duration.

Important dates for Online Admission Counselling for Academic Session – 2015

Last date of Verification of Registration at any Govt. ITI : 16-06-2015
Last Date for On-Line Choice filling : 26-06-2015

GUIDELINES FOR FILLING-UP THE ONLINE ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM :
For Government ITI-Session 2015
Candidates are advised to go through the Prospectus carefully and be prepared with all requirements in respect to fill-up the application form for Online Admission for Government ITI in the Academic Session 2015-16.

It will be the sole responsibility of the candidate to make sure that he/she is eligible to apply and fulfils all the conditions prescribed for the admission.

If ineligibility of the candidate is detected at any stage, before or after the examination/declaration of results, or during any stage of the course, his/her candidature/admission will be cancelled without any notice. Disciplinary action will be taken against him/her and entire fee will also be forfeited.

Single Registration form is to be filled to apply in different Trades/ITIs.

Note –Online submission of application form can be done through the Website itidelhiadmissions.nic.in from any internet access point.

STEPS FOR FILLING UP THE ADMISSION ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
1. Registration.

6. Reporting

1. Click on “NEW REGISTRATION” button.

STEP 1
2. Name of the candidate: The name of the candidate should be entered exactly as mentioned in his/her qualifying certificate.

3. Name of the Father/Guardian: Candidate need to fill his/her Father’s name exactly as given in his/her qualifying certificate.
4. Name of the Mother: Candidate need to fill his/her mother’s name exactly as given in his/her qualifying certificate.
5. Date of Birth of candidate: The date, month and year of birth should be written as given in the class10th/Secondary School/High School Certificate of the Board or the University.
Example: If the Date of Birth is 10th October 1996

6. GENDER: Candidate needs to fill their gender.

7. STATE: The state of the candidate is one from which he/she has acquired the qualifying qualification. If a candidate has acquired his/her qualification from Delhi then he/she would be considered a Delhi Candidate otherwise he/she would be considered as other state candidate.

8. CATEGORY: Select your category. For admission to a seat reserved for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/OBCs, the candidate should submit a certificate in original at the time of admission from the approved district authority, indicating the Scheduled Caste/Tribe/OBC, to which the candidate belongs. Certificate for SC/ST shall be applicable only to the respective issuing state in the standard format.

9. SUBCATEGORY: Select the appropriate Subcategories like None (in case of you don’t belong to any subcategory) The sub categories are PH (Person with disability), Ex-Serviceman, NCC, SW (Staff ward), DG/DP (Delhi government/Delhi Police staff ward having qualification from Delhi, J&K.

Example: If you do not belong to any category (Mark Check Box ‘None’).

10. NCC CATEGORY: If you are a National Cadet Corps Certificate holder select the appropriate certificate grade. The reservation is applicable to only C, B and A certificate holders.

11. FOR DEFENCE PERSONNEL: Reserved for widows/wards of Military/ Para Military personnel (CRPF,ITBP,CISF,BSF,NSG and Assam Rifles) in the following order of preference :-
A. For Widow/wards of Defence Personnel killed in action.
B. For wards of Serving Personnel and Ex-Servicemen disabled in action.
C. For Widow/wards of Defence Personnel who died in peace time with death attributable to Military Service.
D. For wards of Defence Personnel disabled in peace time with disability attributable to Military Service.
E. For wards of Ex-Servicemen and serving personnel who are in receipt of Gallantry Awards.
F. For wards of Ex-Servicemen.
G. For Wards of Serving Personnel.

12. Are you an inmate of Orphanage: This option is only applicable to those candidates who stay in Delhi government, Department of Social welfare registered orphanages including Bal Sahiyog. Direct admission is given to these candidates.

13. Is your School and residence in Rural area : Candidate need to have both his/her residence and school located in rural area of Delhi to avail the benefit of weight age under rural category

14. Pin Code & Mobile Number: Select the six digit city Pin Code of your residence and also fill the mobile number for further correspondence. It is compulsory to fill the mobile number as it would be used for sending the communication to the candidate through sms on their registered mobile number.

NOTE: Mobile Phone number is essential as all the messages / information will be conveyed to you. Candidate will be fully responsible for ensuring the correctness of his /her mobile no.

15. Select Your Qualification: The candidate needs to choose the correct option of the qualification on which candidate wants to seek admission. Candidate has three options 8th, 10th or both (8th and 10th both). There after candidate needs to select the option of grades or marks depending on whether his/her result contains grades or marks. The candidate needs to fill grades or marks of all subjects including the optional subjects for which he/she has appeared. If the name of a subject is not included in the drop down list, the candidate can fill that subjects marks in options “other subjects”.

16. If a candidate is absent in a particular subject the option “Absent” is to be selected and max marks in that subject are to be entered. In case of CBSE, if grades E1 OR E2 are given then they are to be filled as it is. Their corresponding grade points will be deemed as 3 for E1 grade and2 for E2 grade. If a candidate is absent in a subject then his/her grade points would be deemed as 0. If candidate is absent in any subject, include it in drop down list, but still the candidate has to fill maximum marks in case of marks in 10th.

17. The candidate needs to accept this declaration by clicking on the yes check box. The registration of the candidate would only be accepted if he/she accepts the declaration.

18. SECURITY QUESTION: The candidate will be prompted to select a security Question and has to fill and remember its answer. It will be helpful in case if candidate forgets his/her Password. Candidate can use this question to generate a new password online.

NOTE: The answer to the Security Question must be at least 6 Characters size without any space or special character.

19. CREATE A PASSWORD: The candidate will be prompted to generate their own ‘PASSWORD’. Password should be of minimum 8 characters long and should contain at least one Uppercase character(s) (A-Z), at least one Lowercase character(s) (a-z) and at least one special character(s) (i.e. ! $ % ^ * @ # & etc). The candidate is advised to keep his/her Online Registration Password secure and not to share as it can be misused by others. Maintaining the secrecy of the password will be the sole responsibility of the candidate.
Examples of some Valid Passwords (Abcd@123, Suman$85, 123RKsha*98 etc.)

20. SECURITY PIN: Please enter the Green Text as shown below as Security Pin.
“Please type the same characters in same format (as it is Case Sensitive)”

21. REGISTRATION SLIP: As soon as you submit your details, the System will generate your Registration Slip along with the unique Registration number. Candidate must take a print out of registration slip for future reference. If on submitting form some error message appears then the candidate needs to sort out those errors and resubmit the form.

NOTE : Now along with this registration number you need to report the Designated Institute (Govt. ITI) for further verification along with all your relevant documents in original.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:-
A.) Instructions after the completion of successful registration.
1.) After completing online Registration, candidate has to report within stipulated time period in any nearby Delhi Government ITI along with the printed copy of Online Registration form.

2.) The candidate has to produce all original certificates like 8th/10th mark sheet , Date of Birth Certificate and any other certificate for seeking reservation to any nearby Delhi Government ITI for document verification.

3.) The candidate has to submit one set of self attested photo copy of all the original certificates to any nearby Delhi Government ITI.

4.) Registered candidate has to deposit Rs. 200/- (Rs. Two Hundred Only) as registration fee in cash to any nearby Delhi Government ITI at the time of verification.

5.) The candidate belonging to physically disabled (PD) category must produce the original certificate issued from Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Handicapped, 9-11, Karkardooma Vikas Marg Extension Delhi-92, mentioning suitability of trades for admission in ITI and get the trade(s) filled by any nearby Delhi Government ITI in the online Registration form.

6.) After successful verification of certificates, candidate can fill his/her choice of Trades & Institutes for counselling within stipulated time period, after following the given Instructions on the Online Admission website .

    Also I can’t decide which ITI in Delhi should I choose?
    Can you name best three?
    So it will get easier for me to decide? I’m a girl and want to do stenography in ITI.

    1. Allotment of Second Round of Counselling is declared on 7 July 2015 Evening. Visit online Admission web site. Allotted candidates must report to allotted ITI on 8 July to 10 July 2015 between 9 am to 4 pm otherwise allotted seat will be cancelled.
