Processing Fee through NIMCET-2015 website :
The non-refundable processing Fee for NIMCET-2015 test and counseling for admission to the MCA programme is Rs. 1,800/- for OPEN/OBC category and Rs. 900/- for SC/ST category candidates. Candidates have to deposit an appropriate amount relevant to their category.
Candidates are required to deposit the processing fee through NIMCET 2015 website only. The print out of the payment receipt need to be sent along with generated application to NIMCET-2015 office.
Broad guideline to pay fees through NIMCET 2015 website is given bellow.
Step1. : Browse the url nimcet2015.nita.ac.in and click Payment
After successful log-in the applicants will land up in the above mentioned page. Here the applicants need to click in the “Payment Details” tab as shown in the figure to initiate payment process.
Step2. : Check the fee amount and click “Pay Now” button:-
In the payment details page, applicants need to verify the application fee amount related to their category. Then click ‘Pay Now’ button to proceed for payment initiation. After clicking ‘Pay Now’ button, applicants will be taken to a secure payment gateway page powered by Billdesk. Step3. Select appropriate payment option
In this webpage the applicants need to choose any of the payment category form the list (Credit Card, Debit Card, Debit Card + ATM PIN, Internet Banking) given in the left side. After filling up all the necessary fields, click ‘Make Payment’ button to proceed further. Once the Payment is successful the applicant will be landed in the Payment Status webpage where message will be displayed “Payment Received Successfully”. Applicants need to click in the “Print Receipt” button for taking the print of payment receipt.
The applicants need to take the print out of payment receipt and send it along with application form to NIMCET 2015 office. The snapshot of the fee receipt is given bellow.
Terms and Conditions for Online Payment :
The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person (“Applicant”) using the services of NIMCET-2015 for making Application/Initial Fee payments through an online payment gateway service (“Service”) offered by Payment Gateway Service provider, through NIMCET-2015’s website i.e. nimcet2015.nita.ac.in. Each Applicant is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy Policy :
NIMCET-2015 respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that access the information and use the services provided through them. Individually identifiable information about the Applicant is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving the Applicant’s permission, as covered in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes NIMCET-2015’s treatment of personally identifiable information that NIMCET-2015 collects when applicant is on the NIMCET-2015’s website. NIMCET-2015 does not collect any unique information about the Applicant (such as Applicant’s name, email address, age, gender etc.) except when the Applicant specifically and knowingly provides such information on the Website. NIMCET-2015 may, from time to timesend email and other communication to the applicantsto inform them about the various features, functionality and updates about NIMCET-2015 admission and counseling process or seek voluntary information from them.
Please be aware, however, that NIMCET-2015 will release specific personal information about the Applicant if required to do so in the following circumstances:
a) in order to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, statute, or court order, or
b) if any of Applicant’s actions on NIMCET-2015’s website violate the Terms of Service or any of NIMCET-2015’s guidelines for specific services, or
c) to protect or defend NIMCET-2015’s legal rights or property, the NIMCET-2015 site, or NIMCET-2015Applicants; or
d) to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the security, integrity of NIMCET-2015 website/offerings.
General Terms and Conditions for Online-Payments :
1. Once anApplicant has accepted these Terms and Conditions, he/ she may register and avail the Services.
2. NIMCET-2015’s rights, obligations, undertakings shall be subject to the laws in force in India, as well as any directives/ procedures of Government of India, and nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be in derogation of NIMCET-2015’s right to comply with any law enforcement agencies request or requirements relating to any Applicant’s use of the website or information provided to or gathered by NIMCET-2015 with respect to such use. Each Applicant accepts and agrees that the provision of details of his/ her use of the Website to regulators or police or to any other third party in order to resolve disputes or complaints which relate to the Website shall be at the absolute discretion of NIMCET- 2015.
3. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in effect.
4. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Applicant and NIMCET-2015. These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the Applicant and NIMCET-2015. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms and Conditions to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
5. The entries in the books of NIMCET-2015 and/or the Payment Service Providers kept in the ordinary course of business of NIMCET-2015 and/or the Payment Service Providers with regard to transactions covered under these Terms and Conditions and matters therein appearing shall be binding on the Applicant and shall be conclusive proof of the genuineness and accuracy of the transaction.
