COUNSELING NOTICE :
It is hereby notified to all the candidates qualified CITEE-2015, CITDEE-2015 and CITLET-2015/Vertical Entry Scheme that the counseling and admission will be held as per schedule given below
Entry Scheme | Date & time :
CITEE (For three(3) years Diploma Programme)
[b][u](MERIT LIST & WAITING LIST – 01 ) 22nd June, 2015 from 9:00 AM onwards
CITDEE( For four(4) years B. Tech Programme)
(MERIT LIST & WAITING LIST – 01 ) 23rd June, 2015 from 9:00 AM onwards
CITEE & CITDEE (WAITING LIST – 02 ) 25th June, 2015 from 9:00 AM onwards (In case seats remain vacant in any of the region-category/branch.)
CITLET/VERTICAL ENTRY 21st July, 2015 from 9:00 AM onwards(Postponed from 24th June, 2015)
For participating in the Counseling a candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria for Percentage and Age.
During the counseling and admission, a candidate must possess the following documents without which admission will under no circumstances be done. Please note that claims of authenticity and validity of certificates are subject to verification.
** Original copy and photocopy (three copies) of the Mark-sheets of Educational Qualification.
** Photocopy and original copy of the Age Proof Certificate.
** Photocopy and original copy of the Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) issued by competent authority.
** Photocopy and original copy of the Caste Certificate issued by competent authority. (for SC/ST/OBC candidates only)
You also need to submit the following certificates on the day of counseling (may be relaxed for one week to exceptional cases) for confirmation of your admission
** A photocopy of Registration Card
** Migration Certificate in case of candidates other than under AHSEC (Assam Board).
** Conduct Certificate (original) from the Institution last attended
** Transfer Certificate (TC) in original from the Institution last attended
** Four passport size photos
** Medical Fitness certificate (General Health) issued by Government Medical Officer
** Medical Eye Fitness Certificate for technical studies issued by an Eye specialist.
** Gap Certificate (if applicable)
** Physically Handicapped (PH) certificate as issued by Government Medical Officer. (if applicable)
While coming for counseling and admission, keep in mind that candidate may forfeit preference of branch/admission in case of failing to report during the call of your Serial No/Rank.
NB:
(1) Please download and fill up the Counseling Form properly and submit to Counseling Committee during the day of counseling.
(2) Counseling letters are sent to the qualified candidates enlisted in MERIT LIST and WAITING LIST-01 through speed/registered post. So, the candidates should report to CIT, Kokrajhar according to scheduled date and time given above even if they do not receive the counseling letter (which may happen due to postal delay).
(3) Waiting List – 02 candidates may check the status of vacant seat on 23rd June, 2015 at 7:00PM and accordingly report to CIT, Kokrajhar on 25th June, 2015 for counseling and Admission.
