Instructions for filling the online application form :
Items to be kept ready before form fill up. :
** Please keep your demand draft of Rs.600.00 (for General candidates) and Rs. 300.00 (for the reserved category) drawn in favour of ‘MAKAUTWB-PGET’ from any nationalised bank payable at Kolkata. This information is to be entered in the form.

** Self signed scanned colour photograph of candidate in .jpg format max. size 20 KB size to be uploaded with form.

Form Fillup :
** Click on the “Apply now” button to apply online.
** Select your examination center choice 1 and 2 both
** Choose your category.
** Choose ‘PH’ if physically challenged.
** Choose your course applied for.
Fill up the qualification details: 10th, 12th and relevant degree.

** Enter your Gate/Gpat Score, Year and Gate/Gpat Registration if any. Example given below.
** If Sponsored candidate, enter your experience details in Polytechnic/Engineering College/ Industry and its period.

** Enter the details of DD Number and other details of the DD. (Also ensure that you write your Form Number and name on the reverse side of the draft.

** Enter your personal details. Please keep your email and mobile number unique and active for the entire admission process.

** Read the declaration very well before clicking on the accept button. Once you click on it, it will be treated that you have accepted and you are solely responsible for all the entries you have made.

** System will generate the saved Form Number. Kindly note down this Form Number carefully as it is your unique identifier.

Self signed scanned colour photograph upload. :
** Upload your self signed scanned colour photograph in .jpg format max. size 20 KB in space provided. Photo without sign will not be accepted. Instructions given separately.

Final submission of Form and Print out. :
** Application will be finally submitted and Print option will be available. Take a printout of filled in application form.

** Before submission of the hard copy of the application form along with all the documents as given below, please ensure that all the documents have been signed and also ensure that you have written your Form Number at the back side of the Demand Draft.

** Self attested photo-copy of GATE score card if any to be submitted with application form.

** Self attested photo-copies of mark-sheets/certificates etc of relavant qualifying degree to be submitted with application form. . Table for conversion of credits to percentage of marks to be given for candidates not belonging to MAKAUT,WB. Final year students must submit the marksheets of last/latest semester examinations.

** Self-attested photo-copies of certificates/documents from appropriate authorities in proof of reservation eligibility of the candidate in the categories approved by the State of West Bengal as per the reservation norms to be submitted with application form.

All hard copies of the application form along with the documents listed below must reach MAKAUT, WB, campus either by speed-post or having dropped in the drop-box placed at the University (MAKAUT, WB, campus) till 5.00pm of July 9, 2015
