Online Application Form filling : will be completed in Five steps
Step 1. Registration
Step 2. Application Fee Deposition through online mode or e-challan on H.D.F.C Payment Gateway
Step 3. Application Form Filling and Printing
Step 4. Before Mailing filled Complete Application form (Hard Copy)
Step 5. Posting Application to the University
Before filling JEE B.Ed-2015 online Application Form, please ensure your eligibility by going through eligibility criteria and other instructions given on website. upbed.nic.in .
Step 1. Registration
i . Click on ‘Candidate Registration’ link.
ii . Fill all the particulars in Online Registration Form. (The fields denoted by (*) are compulsory to be filled)
iii. Carefully review all the entries before submission.
iv . A confirmation page with a unique nine digit Registration number will be generated. Note down the Nine Digit Registration Number or take the printout of registration slip. (For Future Reference)
Note : This print out will not be considered as application. It is only a Registration Form. After Registration the candidate has to deposit the fee and then fill the application form.
Step 2. Application Fee Deposition
i . Click on Submit / Update Application Fee / Reprint e-Receipt link.
ii. Submit Fee online (Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/RTGS/NEFT) at H.D.F.C, Payment Gateway website or Choose Cash Deposit at CBS Branches of H.D.F.C through E-Challan. In Case the H.D.F.C Bank does not exits in your city then pay any nationlizeds bank with the help of RTGS Option.
iii. In case of Cash Submission at Branch kindly ensure that the Transaction Number. given by bank is clearly readable. Transaction No. will facilitate the candidate to fill the Application Form.
iv. In case of online payment note down Reference Id issued by NIC and Transaction Id issued by Bank for future reference.
Step 3. Application Form Filling
i .After Fees Submission Click on ‘Submit Application Form’ link. Registration Number, Transaction number / Reference Number and date of birth are required to fill the application form.
ii . Fill the required information on the screen then submit.
iii.After submitting application upload candidates colour frontface photograph and signature in jpeg format (size not more than 50kb for photograph and not more than 20kb for signature).
iv .Before final submission of application form recheck that all the information filled by you are correct and then finally submit the application form.
v .Take the printout of this final form for further proceedings. (Print option– A4 size in Landscape).
vi . Take the printout of Mailing/posting address (Print option– A4size in landscape)
Step 4. Before Mailing filled Complete Application form (Hard Copy)
Paste the copy of the uploaded photograph at the designated place, fill all the entries and duly put your’s and Father/Guardian signature and left hand thumb impression in the designated place.
Step 5. Posting Application To University
As mentioned above take the printout of finally filled application and payment receipt and put it into an A-4 envelop and paste the address slip obtained from the website and send it to the university on or before 18/03/2015 only through Speed Post / Registered Post. Do not attach any other documents with Application form. Kindly check that Application form is to be posted at following address.

I submitted my form but while uploading photograph and signature some server error occurred. What do I do now to complete my application form?
In rare cases, candidates may get Zeor (0) Registration No. In such situations candidates are advised to Re-Register the Application and check the Print out through Re-Print Application. It is possible that the candidate is missing some steps/procedures which may be causing problem in effective registration.
If you do not get the application print out through Re-Print option, your application is not saved. Please re-apply.
