DOWNLOAD MDHM ENTRANCE TEST – 2015 HALL TICKETS

Date of Test : 15.06.2015 Monday
Time : 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Candidate should affix his/her Original photo in this Hall Ticket as submitted with ICR form and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer.
Manipulation of Hall Ticket or an act of impersonation is liable for action under Criminal Law.

Instructions to candidates :
1. Candidates will be permitted into the Examination Hall 30 minutes before the commencement of examination.

2. Candidates will not be allowed into the Examination Hall 20 minutes after the commencement of the test and they are not allowed to leave examination Hall/Room until the test is over.

3. Hall Ticket shall be produced at the Entrance to the Test Centre and also in the examination Hall, failing which the Candidate will not be allowed to write the test.

4. Use only Ball Point Pen ?Blue/Black? to fill the ovals in OMR answer sheet.

5. Candidates are required to fill the relevant columns in the Nominal Rolls, which will be brought by the Invigilator and put his / her signature and thumb impression.

6. OMR Answer Sheet will not be valued if the candidate writes any irrelevant matter, symbols, religious marks, prayers or identification marks on any part of OMR Answer Sheet or the Question Paper Booklet and it amount to malpractice.

7. Carrying of calculators, Mathematical/Log Tables, Pagers, Mobile, Cell phones and loose sheets of paper into the Examination hall is strictly prohibited. Hence, Candidates are advised not to bring the same to Test Centre to avoid problems.

8. Adoption of any kind of manipulation of Hall Ticket, unfair means at the time of test, or any act of impersonation will render the candidate liable for invalidation of his/her Answer sheet and forfeit the claim for appearing for the test. The necessary action will be initiated against such candidates as per the criminal law.

9. Issue of Hall Ticket and appearance at the test does not automatically entitle the candidate’s admission into a college.

10. Hall Ticket must be preserved till the time of admission into the college.

11. No travelling expenses will be paid for the journey to take up the test.

12. The Entrance Test results along with Rank Cards of individual candidates will be made available through OU website at osmania.ac.in and they will not be sent directly to the candidates.
