IMPORTANT:-
1. The admissions to all courses are subject to permission obtained by the concerned colleges from their respective Council and Ministry of Health Govt. of India/ State Govt.
2. The registration fees are Rs 2000/- (Non Refundable). The candidate has to get the registration done at the time of counseling.
3. In case of any query related to course and college details, the candidates are advised to contact respective colleges.
4. ACEE will not be held responsible for any kind of dispute that arises between the candidate and the college.
5. The candidates are required to bring all ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS as mentioned above in the document CHECK LIST at the time of counseling.
6.  Please note that if the candidate/person authorized by the candidate reports without original documents, he/she will not be allowed to participate in the First counseling for allotment of seat.

11. Category (SC / ST / OBC) Certificate, if applicable
12. FOUR Recent Passport size photographs
13. Identity Proof (voter card/Driving license / passport etc.)
14. Personal Presence of the candidate is mandatory at the time of counseling
15. Please note: In case any candidate is unable to appear in person during the First Counseling of CPMEE-2015 only, he/she can send his/her authorized representative with an Undertaking and Authority Letter for allotment alongwith original certificate/documents for verification. The allotment made to the Authorised Representative shall be Provisional. Annexure
