Steps for the Process to Apply On-Line :
** On-Line Registration.
** Processing Fee payment.
** Filling up Fee Details.
** Take out the Print & Send to University.

Processing Fee Details :
For General Category For All Reserved Categories
Rs. 1000/- Rs. 250/-

Mode of Payment for Processing Fee :
** Net Banking
** Debit/Credit Card
** Download the e-Challan & make the payment in bank.

Applicants should read the instructions and the guidelines given on the portal carefully before filling each field of the application form. He/She should supply all the required details while filling up the online registration form.

Guidelines for Filling up On-Line Application :
Prepare Your Self :
** Read the Eligibility criteria, Courses Offered and Fee carefully before starting the process of On-line application.
** Seperate Form should be submiited for seprate Course/Group , if you want to apply for multiple courses.

Items Must be ready with you before filling up Application :
** Scanned copy of your recent Passport Size Photo (*.jpg with Max size of 50 KB).
** Scanned image of your Signature (*.jpg with Max size of 50 KB).
** Details of 10th, 12th/Diploma, Under graduate and other Qualification.
** Details of ID proof to be filled in the application form.

Instructions to Fill Up The Application Form :
** Fill each column carefully. Asterisk -marked (*) fields are mandatory.

** Your name must be according to 10th mark sheet.

** Select the appropriate Name of Exam from the drop down menu.

** Enter your “Address Details” carefully. The University may use this information to contact you for any further information. The University will not be responsible for mis-delivery of information due to mistake in “Address Details” including Mobile No. filled by the applicant.

** If your result of qualifying exam is still awaited, check “Appeared ” box under “Educational Qualification”.

** To upload photo, click on “Browse Image” against the photo link and select photo from your computer and then click on “Upload Image” to upload the same.

** To upload signature, click on “Browse signature” against the signature link and select the scanned signature from your computer and then click on “Upload Image” to upload the same.

Instructions for Further Process :
** Keep safe the auto generated Enrolment No. after completing the step-1 (On-line Registration). This Enrolment Number will be required during** Step-2 (Fee Payment).

** After completing step-1(On-Line registration) you can see the preview of form , if need any changes then go for editing by clicking on Edit and then save.

** Do not take print out of preview of Application form. Print out will be taken after filling the Fee details.

** Fill the Enrolment no. carefully during Step-2 and then proceed for Payment.

** You can make the payment through Net Banking, Debit/Credit card or e-Challan.

** After Payment fill all the details regarding Fee Payment in Step-3 (Fill Fee details).

** Finally take the Print out of e- generated form and Receipt.

** Send Print out of Form and copy of Fee Receipt on the Postal address of university.

** The Registrar, Ch. Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani- 127021.

** Applicants must download the admit card from the University website.

** Admit card along with Centre name and Roll No. will be available on University Website one week before the entrance examination.

Keep safe the Auto generated items along with you :
** After Step-1 Enrolment No.
** After Step-2 Auto ge nerated Fee receipt/e-Challan
** After Step-3 Print out of Form

*Keep all the e-generated items along with you to complete the whole Process and for future use also.

*Your Application will be accepted only after sending the hard copy of application form and copy of Fee Receipt to above mentions address of the University.****

*Applicants be careful while filling the enrolment no. in step-2 Fee payment as the enrolment no. which you fill during Fee Payment, will be considered as your final enrolment no.

Only the Enrollment No against which you Pay the Fees will be consider for further processing
