RUHS M.Sc Nursing Entrance Examination

For admission to M.Sc Nursing courses in colleges affiliated to RUHS, it is mandatory to appear in the M.Sc Nursing Entrance Examination 2024. Centralized admissions to various Government and Government self-financed and private colleges affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur, for the session 2024-25 shall be made by the RUHS in the course of Master of Nursing (M.Sc Nursing). Last Date for submission of Application is 22nd September 2024.

Eligibility Criteria For Admission of M.Sc Nursing

** All residents of India fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned below can apply to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences for RCA Nursing 2024 for admission to M.Sc Nursing course in different government colleges, government self-financed colleges and private colleges affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur (State Government Medical University), on the basis of instructions given in this information booklet, the relevant rules of RUHS, Jaipur and directions of State Govt. / Honorable Court.

** For admission to M.Sc Nursing courses in colleges affiliated to RUHS, it is mandatory to appear in the M.Sc Nursing Entrance Examination 2024 [Rajasthan Centralized Admissions to Nursing Courses 2024, (RCA Nursing 2024)].

Criteria :
Non-service candidates
I. The candidate must have passed B.Sc. Nursing (Basic/T&R)/B.Sc. Nursing (Hons)/Post- Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences/ other recognized University.
II. The candidate should be registered nurse and registered midwife or equivalent with their respective state Nursing Registration Council.
III. The institution from where, the candidate has pursued Baccalaureate nursing programme must be recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
IV. Minimum one year of work experience after passing B.Sc. Nursing / prior or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing till the last date of submission of on-line application form to RUHS, Jaipur.

Age limit :
There is no age limit for admission to M.Sc. Nursing course.

Application Fee of M.Sc Nursing Entrance Exam

** All candidates are required to deposit non-refundable application fee of Rs. 3600/- (Rs. 1800 for SC, ST, ST-STA category of Rajasthan state) using the procedure mentioned in the on-line application form (plus service charges, as applicable).
** The application fee is not refundable, not transferable or not adjustable for any future RCA Nursing. Any request in this matter shall not be entertained.

Application Procedure for M.Sc Nursing Entrance Exam

** Before filling the on-line application form, read the information booklet and instructions for filling on-line application form etc. very carefully. Ensure the eligibility and other requirements for admission as given in this booklet.
** Candidate should be very careful in filling-up the on-line application form. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, candidature will be rejected even if candidate comes through the final stage of admission process or even at a later stage.
** If a candidate fills two or more on-line application forms, the last filled and completed application form will be considered for further processing.

IMPORTANT: HAND WRITTEN / TYPED / PHOTOSTAT COPIES / PRINTED APPLICATION FORM / SCREEN PRINTOUT WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
** Follow the steps as given in “Instructions to fill up on-line application form” available at the website.
** Note the ID and password for further steps. Keep it safe.
** Print copy of the application form

** Print and preserve 2 copies of the application form filled on-line along with the following documents compulsorily with you:
1. Transaction document / payment proof
2. Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class mark sheet / certificate
3. Mark sheet of 10+2 (senior school certificate examination) or its equivalent
4. Mark sheet of UG examination
5. Copy of photo ID (driving licence / PAN card / Voter ID / Govt. or PSU card / School ID card / 12th class examination admit card / Aadhar card)
6. 4 Passport size photo same as affixed on application form and also as uploaded
7. Domicile certificate of Rajasthan state, if applicable
8. Caste certificate, sub-category certificate, if applicable
9. PwD certificate, if applicable
10. EWS certificate, if applicable
11. Migration certificate, if applicable
12. Any other relevant certificate(s)

** All in-service candidates are required to submit, through proper channel (competent authority), (through RUHS, for RUHS employees) at the address mentioned below, the completed application form (with all requisite enclosures) on or before the notified date in person or send it by post so as to reach the RUHS (Entrance cell) on or before the notified date failing which such candidates will be considered as non-service category candidates.
