How to Apply :

Buy and Apply Online :
a. The candidate can buy application online using any one of the Debit / Credit cards / Net Banking (Service charges applicable).

b. Upon successful payment of the application cost, the candidate will receive an Application number and Pass code via e-mail / SMS message.
c. The candidate can now apply online with the Application number using our online application available at admissions.karunya.edu

Apply online with Pin Mailer :
a. Along with the hard copy of application, a Pin Mailer is provided, which contains Application number and Pass code.
b. Using this application number and pass code, the candidate can apply online at admissions.karunya.edu
c. If the Pin Mailer is used, then there is no need to send the filled-in OMR sheet or any other document to the University.

Apply online with DD :
a. The candidate should draw a DD (cost of application is mentioned above) in favour of ‘The Registrar, Karunya University’, payable at Coimbatore.
b. The candidate should go to our website admissions.karunya.edu, and apply online by providing the DD details in the application form.

c. Upon completing application form, the candidate should write his / her name, application number and the course applied for at the back of the DD, and send to the address mentioned below

Tamil Nadu, India.

d. Only after the DD is received, the application form will be accepted for processing. l. Any malpractice committed is punishable as per University norms.

OMR Sheet :
(Applicable only to B.Tech. / M.Sc. Integrated Course candidates)
The completed OMR coding sheet should be sent to the Admissions Officer along with the following documents (attested photocopies – self attestation is accepted) before the last date.
a. Class 10 Mark statement or Equivalent
b. Class 12 Identity card (or) Bonafide certificate of class 12 or its equivalent issued by the School
c. Community certificate stating the religion and community (Certificate issued by Tahsildar / Revenue Officer / Magistrate will only be accepted)
If the filled-in OMR coding sheet is sent along with the supporting documents to the Admissions Officer, then there is no need to send the online application.

Instructions For Applying Online :

(Online Purchase / DD / Pin Mailer) [Indian Nationals]
Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply under Indian National Category. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) will also be treated on par with Indian Citizens for the limited purpose of admission, if they have studied their eligible course in India. However, PIO / OCI candidates will not be eligible for any kind of reservation.
B.Tech. / M.Sc. Integrated course candidates :
The candidates should upload the following original documents when they submit the application online.
a. Recent colour photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) (Mandatory)
b. Signature (Please sign in black or dark blue ink on a white paper and to be scanned / digitally photographed) (Mandatory)
c. Class 10 Mark statement or Equivalent (Not Mandatory)
d. Class 12 Identity card (or) Bonafide certificate of class 12 or its equivalent issued by the School (Not Mandatory)
e. Community certificate stating the religion and community (Certificate issued by Tahsildar / Revenue Officer / Magistrate will alone be accepted) (Not Mandatory)
** The candidates should compulsorily upload their signature and photograph when they submit their application online.
** They can upload the other documents (Class 10 Mark statement / Class 12 Identity card (or) Bonafide Certificate / Community certificate) also when they submit their application online (However, the other documents are not mandatory and they can submit the same at the time of Single Window Counseling).

B.Tech. / M.Sc. Integrated Course candidates :
The candidates should upload the following original documents when they submit the application online.
a. Recent colour photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm) (Mandatory)
b. Signature (Please sign in black or dark blue ink on a white paper and to be scanned / digitally photographed) (Mandatory)
c. Class 10 Mark statement or Equivalent (Not Mandatory)
d. Class 12 Mark statement or Equivalent, If available (Not Mandatory)
e. Semester mark statements (Diploma / B.Sc.) (Not Mandatory)
f. Diploma / Degree certificate, if available (Not Mandatory)
g. Community certificate stating the religion and community (Certificate issued by Tahsildar / Revenue Officer / Magistrate will only be accepted) (Not Mandatory)
** The candidates should compulsorily upload their signature and photograph when they submit their application online.

** They can upload the other documents (Class 10 Mark statement / Class 12 Mark statement / Semester Mark statements / Diploma / Degree certificate / Community Certificate) also when they submit their application online (However, the other documents are not mandatory and they can submit the same at the time of provisional admission).
