MLSU Law Entrance Test MLSULET
Admissions for LL.B. (Three Year Degree Course) for the year 2024 on 120 (Regular) + 180 (SFS) Seats will take place through an Entrance Test (MLSULET-‐2024). Application can only be made online and process of Application will commence from 2nd May, 2024. Applications can be made through Online Process and Online Payment on the MLSU Website from 2nd May, 2024 to 17th June, 2024.

Eligibility Requirements of MLSULET
Eligibility : U.G./P.G. or equivalent Degree issued by UGC recognized University
Minimum Pass Percentage :
Eligibility Exam Passed from a University in Rajasthan – 45% – General/EWS 42% -OBC/MBC- NCL 40% – S.C./S.T.
Eligibility Exam Passed from other State University – 60% – All Categories
Age : Age No Bar
Application Process of MLSULET
1. The Candidate is required to fill the Application Form for MLSULET-2024 on mlsu.ac.in and complete the registration. It is necessary to create an Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID from Digilocker before starting the registration.
2. During the registration, the candidate will be required to upload his/her photograph and signature.
3. After successful registration, the candidates are required to submit the requisite entrance fee i.e Rs. 850/- (Eight Hundred Fifty Only) for General/EWS/OBC(NCL)/MBC(NCL) candidates and Rs. 600/- (Six Hundred Only) for SC and ST candidates through online payment gateway.
4. No other mode of payment of fee shall be accepted.
5. After successful submission of fee, the online payment invoice will be generated.
6. There is no requirement to deposit the hard copy of the online application form before the date of counseling. However, the candidates need to keep a print-out of the online payment invoice and the complete application form as the same will be required at the time of counseling.

1. Introductory: Salient features of the constitution; Federalism: Preamble, Citizenship & State; Fundamental rights, directives principles and fundamental duties.
2. Union and State Executive: President, Governor – Election, appointment, powers, position, council of ministers, Prime Minister, Parliamentary system of Government Union and State Legislative; Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Vidhan Sabha & Vidhan Parishad – Composition; Speaker, Chairman, Privileges, Legislative procedure.
3. Union: State Judiciary – Supreme Court & High Court,
4. Union – State Legislative Relationship – Distribution of Legislative Powers; Administrative & Financial Relationship, Importance of VII Schedule
5. Services under the union and the state constitutional protection of civil servants; Public Service Commission of the Union & States. Article 300-A – Property Rights: Freedom of trade, Commerce and Inter-course; State Liability in contracts and torts, Suits by and against the State.
