TSICET Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test

TS ICET – 2024 (Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test) is for admission into M.B.A. and M.C.A. courses of all the Universities in Telangana State and their affiliated colleges for the academic year 2024-25. This test is being conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of TSCHE, Hyderabad. Eligible candidates who wish to apply for TSICET-2024 may submit their applications through online mode only from 7th March, 2024 to 30th April,2024 (without late fee).

Eligibility Criteria of TSICET

** The candidates should be an Indian National and should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in G.O. Ms No. 25, dated: 19.3.2004; G.O.Ms.No.108 dated 30-7-2005; GO.Ms. No.66, dated 15-7-2011; G.O.Ms. No.5, dated 2-8-2014; G.O.Ms. No.7, dated 5-8-2014; G.O.Ms. No.33 dated 31-12-2014 and it amendments and G.O. Ms. No. 22, dated 27.07.2019 of Higher Education Department of Telangana State and its amendments.

** The candidates other than Indian Nationals should satisfy the rules of the Universities concerned.

** Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed Degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. (The candidates are advised to read the Eligibility criteria for admission into MBA and MCA programme as shown in the Para 4 and 5).

** The Eligibility Criteria for admission into MBA and MCA programmes: –
i. Master of Business Administration (MBA): The candidate should have passed a Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration (B.A/ B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA/ BBM/ BCA/BE / B. Tech/ B. Pharmacy/ any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages).
ii. Master of Computer Applications (MCA): The candidate should have passed BCA/B. Sc/B.Com/B.A with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at graduation level.
iii. The qualifying Degree obtained under Distance Mode Program/ Open Distance Learning (ODL) should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB as per UGC Regulations.

** The eligibility criteria for admission into MBA and MCA programmes is 50 per cent marks for unreserved and 45 per cent marks for reserved categories (SC, ST, and BC) at the qualifying examination. Candidates shall fulfill the eligibility criteria as laid down in relevent GOs at the time of admission.

** The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 25 per cent (i.e. 50 marks out of total of 200 marks). However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, no minimum qualifying percentage of marks is prescribed.

** Mere qualifying in the entrance test does not entitle a candidate for admission into MBA/MCA programme unless the candidate:
i. Appears for Counselling at the notified centres.
ii. Applies in response to the admission notification issued by the authority concerned (for part-time\evening\distance mode).
iii. Satisfies all the eligibility criteria for admission as stipulated by the authority concerned.

Submission of Online Applications for TSICET

TSICET-2024 Applications should be submitted through ONLINE mode only. The Registration fee for online submission (including late fee, if applicable) may be paid at TS/AP Online Centres in TS and AP and also through payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking).

Online Application Fee :
** ` 750/- (inclusive of registration and test fee) and
** ` 550/- in case of SC/ST and Differently abled candidates

Online Application Form Filling Procedure :
** On your internet browser (preferably internet explorer version 6.0) type the website address https://icet.tsche.ac.in/, press ENTER button and you will see the following screen displayed on the computer screen.
** Click on the “Application Fee Payment” link as shown encircled below. A new page will appear on the screen.
** The following “Instructions” Web page will appear on the screen. Click on the “Continue” Button as shown encircled below.
** After clicking on “Continue” link the following “TSICET – 2024 Fee Payment” web page will appear
** Fill in all the details in the respective fields and click on the button “Proceed to Payment”. Below screen shows sample filled in form for Application fee payment.
** After your payment is successful, (A “Payment Reference ID” will appear on the screen note down the “Payment Reference ID” (for your future correspondence) then proceed with the Application Form Filling Process at home page of TSICET)
** To Check the Payment Status after your payment is successful or not
** Click on “Payment Status” link as shown at home page encircled below. A new page will appear on the screen.

** Candidate has 2 options either to proceed to fill application immediately or at a later date. Click on “Proceed to Fill Application” at home page to fill the application immediately and you will be taken to the application screen as described in fill application form. If you choose another day to fill the application simply close the window unit such case, you need to start from fill application form.

** After clicking on “Fill Application Form” tab the following webpage will be displayed. Furnish the same Payment Reference ID, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Candidate’s/ Student’s Mobile Number and Date of Birth as given in Application Fee Payment and click on “Get Application” button as shown in the screen below.

** Clicking on “Get Application” button, the following page will be displayed. Enter all the details and click on proceed to “Preview / Submit” button as shown in the below screen.
** Enter all the mandatory details in respective fields and click on check box in Declaration Field.
** Click “SAVE” button to save the information.
** By clicking on “SAVE” button, candidate can view the following web page as shown in the below screen.
** Click on “Preview/ Submit” button, candidate can view the Filled Online Application Form as shown in the below screen.
** By clicking on “Preview/ Submit” button, candidate can view the Filled Online Application Form as shown in the below screen.
** To modify the details, click on Modify button
** To Confirm/Freeze the Application, click on Confirm/Freeze button.

** By clicking on Confirm/Freeze button, candidate can view pop up alert as “Your Application confirmed successfully. Please note your Registration Number for further Correspondence”. Candidate can take printout of application by clicking on “Print Application” button which is useful for further correspondence.

** By Clicking on “Print Application”, candidate can view the “Application Form”.
** After clicking on “Print Your Filled in Application Form” button, the following page will appear.
