HITSCAT HITS Common Aptitude Test
HITSCAT (Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Common Aptitude Test) is designed to test students’ interest and aptitude towards non-engineering UG Programmes offered at HITS including the Liberal Arts and Applied Sciences. The School of Liberal Arts and Applied Sciences (SLAAS) at HITS houses the humanities, social sciences, applied sciences, computer applications, design and 25+ interdisciplinary programmes. The examination will be divided into 2 sections. Section 1 will be based on English and General Knowledge. Section 2 will be MCQs in the chosen domain. Top-rankers in HITSCAT can avail a special scholarship during admissions.
Eligibility Criteria of HITSCAT
A Minimum Average of 50% in any stream for other courses with compulsory math for B.Sc Computer science related programmes and M.Sc. Integrated Mathematics programmes in Plus Two/HSC/Intermediate or Any Equivalent Examination.
AGE LIMIT:Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1stJuly 2004 are eligible to apply for HITSCAT 2024.
Note:Only Indian nationals, residing in India can apply for HITSCAT 2024.
