TTWREIS TTWR COE CET

On-line applications are invited for admission into Intermediate 1st year in Centers of Excellence (COE) Colleges functioning under the control of Telangana Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society, Hyderabad (TTWREIS). The TTWREIS is providing intensive coaching for IIT, NEET and other entrance tests for admission into National wide prestigious Institutions through Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Eligibility of TTWR COE CET

** The students, who are appearing for SSC Public Examination in March – 2024 / 10th class from ICSE / CBSE on regular basis, are eligible to apply. The students, who will pass SSC in March, 2024 / 10th class from CBSE/ICSE during the academic year 2023-24 on regular basis are eligible for admission into Intermediate in COE Junior Colleges. No supplementary student is eligible for admission into COEs.

** The annual income of the parent should not exceed Rs.2,00,000/- per annum (for Urban area) and Rs.1,50,000/- (for Rural area). Income certificate issued by concerned MRO to this extent should be submitted at the time of admission.
** The students from Telugu Medium (OR) English Medium in 10th class are eligible for the entrance test.
** The age of the students should not exceed 19 years as on 31.08.2024.
** The students should produce all relevant original certificates at the time of admission and then only the admission will be confirmed.

Admission / Selection Process of TTWR COE CET

** The applicant must submit his / her application through ONLINE only by visiting the website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in (or) http://ttwreiscoe.cgg.gov.in/
** The candidates need to pay an amount of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) towards Registration fee. This payment should be made through credit card / Debit card / NET banking / UPI Payment.

** Before filling the application through online, the candidate have to read the Prospectus which is uploaded in the website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in (or) http://ttwreiscoe.cgg.gov.in/ [ADVICE: they can prepare a hard copy first and then fill through online to avoid mistakes].

** Please upload the photo and signature of the candidate below 50 kb size only.
** In the payment gateway itself the candidate has to select the Group interested (MPC or BPC), for getting admission in TTWR COE Institutions.
** Two levels of screening test will be conducted for admission into COEs in MPC & BPC groups. The Mode of Question paper will be objective type (MCQs) for 1st level screening and Descriptive type for 2nd level screening.
** The admission into the following COEs will be filled first based on the merit obtained in the screening test and preferences given by the candidates.
** In addition to the above preferences, the candidates are also instructed to opt the other remaining COEs (Non Premier) at the time of applying through online.

** The candidates shall be considered for admission into COE colleges according to their option, based on the availability of seats in those institutions and based on their merit in screening test. The option once exercised is final and cannot be changed. Seats in COE Colleges, will be allotted based on State wide merit of screening test to the ST students.

** The Candidates can choose COEs (Premier & Non Premier), based on the Group opted in the payment gateway.
** The Candidates are advised to download the Hall tickets from 12.02.2024 to 17.02.2024 for appearing 1st level screening test which is scheduled on 18.02.2024.

How to Apply Online for TTWR COE CET?

** This Document will help the Candidate to follow the procedure for filling up the application form.
** The Candidate needs to click on the URL to explore the website. By clicking the website, the user will navigate to the TTWR COE CET welcome page.
** The user needs to click on the “Online Payment Link” in the services section. The system will navigate to the payment form. This link will be enabled/displayed only in the duration specified.
** All the fields are mandatory in the page. The candidate needs to fill all the fields carefully to avoid any confusion.
Note:
** Only Telangana State candidates are Eligible.
** Only ST Community candidates are Eligible.
** One mobile number can be used for one candidate (i.e the system will not allow the candidate to make payment if the same mobile number is used for more the one candidate).
** The user needs to Check the declaration and click the “Submit” button. The system will navigate the candidate to the Payment gateway.

** The user needs to click on any payment options for making the payment. On successful payment the candidate will be displayed the below screen consisting of payment details and SMS details as shown below. The user is provided with a Print option for taking the print if required.

Note: An SMS will also be sent to the candidate registered Mobile number, on successful candidate with the details mentioned on the screen.
** After successful payment the candidate needs to go to “Home page” for accessing the “Online Application” form.
** The user needs to click on the “Online Application Link” provided on the home page.

** The system will navigate the user to a verification page, where in the user need to provide the “Payment details”, “Upload Photograph with signature”, check the “Declaration” and click on the “Next” button after entering the verification code (i.e. CAPTCHA) provided on the screen.

Note: The photograph size should be less than 50KB and jpg format
** The system will validate the details provided in the above screen and navigate the user to the application form on successful validation.
** The user needs to fill all the mandatory fields in the application form carefully.
** The candidate needs to check the “Declaration” and click on “Preview” button provided. The system will display the below page with “Edit & Submit” buttons in the bottom.
** After previewing the screen if the candidate wants to make any change to the application form filled, he/she can click on “Edit” button and go to the application form wherein they can make changes to the screen.
** On clicking the “Submit” button the system will display an acknowledgement screen consisting of “Candidate ID” and a “Download Application” button which will allow the user to download the application filled and take a print if required.
** The candidate can take a print of the application if required for reference purposes.
