** Candidates satisfying the following requirements shall be eligible to appear for IGNOU July Admission Exam
** Before filling out the form, the Candidate must read the eligibility criteria. The candidate must check the eligibility criteria are applicable to fill out the application form for IGNOU Admission 2022.

Course Name Eligibility Criteria
For MBA The student must be passed a graduate degree from any stream a recognized University/Boards. The appearing student is also eligible to apply for the form.
For BCA The student should be passed the 12th exam from a recognized Board/Institution.
For MCA Candidate Should hold the Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Board/University.
For B.Sc The student must be passed the 12th class with science subjects.
For BA/B.Com/BSW For these courses, a student should be passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Board.
PG Diploma in Rural Development The student must hold a Graduate degree
Diploma in Tourism Studies/Diploma in Dairy Technology The student must be passed the 12th or equivalent or BPP from IGNOU.

Step-3 : Enter Registered Username
Step-4 : Enter the Password
Step-5 : Enter the Captcha Verification

Instruction to Fill Application Form Online

1. If you are a first time applicant you are advised to click the available programme tab on the homepage of the Online Admission System and select the desired programme and carefully read the details of programme including eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc.

2. You are also requested to download the Common Prospectus and read carefully the Rules of the University (Section 10) as mentioned in the common prospectus. You may also read sections 11,12,13,14 and 17.
** Click on the button NEW REGISTRATION that appears in the applicant login area and fill the required registration details.
** Remember, while choosing your UserName it must be between 8 to 16 characters.
** While choosing your password it must be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters long.
** After filling the mandatory information click the “SUBMIT” button.
** Your username will be instantly sent to you via e-mail and SMS.

3. Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.

4. If you have already registered i.e you are an existing user click the “LOGIN” button.

5. Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following:-
** Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
** Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
** Scanned copy of Age Proof (less than 200 KB)
** Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)
** Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
** Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB)
** Scanned Copy of BPL Certificate, if Below Poverty Line(less than 200 KB)

6. Fee can be paid by following methods:
** Credit Card (Master/Visa)
** Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay)
** Net Banking

7. It is necessary to scan documents from your originals. Once you have uploaded the document, click the next button you will get the Form preview option. Save/Print your form for future reference.

8. Please fill up the details carefully. If you are using the services of a cybercafe to fill up your form, plesae make sure that details are correctly filled up and the relevant documents are uploaded as prescribed.

Registration fee, Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fee

1. A non-refundable Registration Fee shall be charged along with the programme fee of first semester/year at the time of admission.

2. If a student applies for cancellation of admission and refund of fee, the refund request will be considered as per the University policy as under:
** Before the last date for submission of admission form-the fee paid will be refunded after deduction of Registration fee.
** Within 15 days from the last date for submission of admission form-the fee paid will be refunded after deduction of Rs.500/-
** Within 30 days from the last date for submission of admission form-the fee paid will be refunded after deduction of Rs.1,000/-.
** After 30 days from the closure of the last date-No refund will be allowed.

** Since the data is saved at the end of every stage with the ‘Save’ button, your data is automatically saved till the previous stage.
** If you are within a particular stage and the system is interrupted due to power failure or loss of connectivity, then your current stage data will not be saved.
** Please log in again using your ID and password and complete the form submission process from the stage where the system got interrupted.

4. What is the detailed process for submission of online application form and action to be taken by the candidate?
The submission of admission form passes through the following stages:
** Open the URL (https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in)
** Complete Registration process (which creates ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ for you).
** Your ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ is informed through SMS and email.
** Re-login to the system using your ‘User Name’ and ‘Password.’
** Fill Admission Form online.
** Upload your recent passport size Photograph (maximum size 100KB in JPG format).
** Upload your specimen signature (maximum size 100KB in JPG format).
** Upload scanned copies of the relevant documents (maximum size 200KB each document in JPG/PDF format).
** Read the instruction and declaration carefully by clicking the ‘Declaration’ box.
** Preview your data and confirm details.
** Make payment of Fee through the Credit/Debit card/Net Banking.
** Payment confirmation message is sent to you through SMS and email.
** Press Next button to see the form preview.
** After the final submission of online application form, your may download the filled in application form and keep a printout for your record.
