Instructions For Completing The Application Form :
The Application form should be submitted as “Downloaded Hard copy” only. Candidates are advised to fill the application form carefully
ALL THE ENTRIES IN THE FORM SHOULD BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY.

** Name mentioned in the form by the candidate should be the same as in the documents of 10th / SSLC / HSC examination. Please leave one blank space between adjacent words. For example, the name GOPALA KRISHNA MUDHOL should be written as follows
First Name Middle Name Last Name
G O P A L A K R I S H N A M U D H O L

** If the date or month of birth is a single digit, it should be prefixed with a zero. For example 14th February, 1990 should be written as;
1 4 0 2 1 9 9 0

Note:
Declaration once made in the application with regard to the category status like SC, ST, OBC, Minority etc., will not be changed subsequently either prior to test or counseling. Hence candidates are cautioned to fill in with great care about the category status.

** The declaration in the application form is to be signed both by the applicant and the parent/guardian of the applicant, on the downloaded printed copy of the Application Form.

** Address should be entered in capital letters. Use, ““/”” wherever required as shown in the example. If the address is B1, SECOND FLOOR, “SUN CITY APPARTMENT”, it should be written as: B/1, S E C O N D F L O O R, “S U N C I T Y A P P A R T M E N T”.

** The candidate and the candidate’s parent / guardian must both sign the declaration in the spaces provided for the same in the application form. The Date and Place must also be filled up in the application form. Any application form without the signature of the candidate and signature of the parent/guardian is liable to be rejected, without further correspondence.

** Filled application form must be sent to the University address by registered post/ speed post / courier, along with relevant documents.

** DD of Nationalized Bank for Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of “JSS UNIVERSITY FEE ACCOUNT”, MYSORE, payable at Mysore.

ISSUE OF TAT :
** The Test Admission Ticket (TAT) will be issued on day of entrance test at test centre only.

** Please recheck the website for any changes / updates before leaving your hometown for the test.

CONDUCT OF JSSU Entrance test 2015 :
The examination will be conducted at MYSORE city on 25.06.2015. (Thursday)

THE EXAMINATION HALL WILL BE OPENED 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE TEST. CANDIDATES ARE EXPECTED TO TAKE THEIR SEATS AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE EXAMINATION.

IF THE CANDIDATES DO NOT REPORT IN TIME, THEY ARE LIKELY TO MISS SOME OF THE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS WHICH WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN THE EXAMINATION HALL.

** Candidate will not be allowed to appear for the test if he/she is late by 30 minutes or more after the start of the examination. (Delay by any means of transportation to the city and candidate reaching the test centre beyond the given time will not be allowed to enter the examination hall and take the test). It is advisable to reach the Test Location a day prior to the examination.

** A seat with a TAT number will be allotted to each candidate in the examination hall. Candidates must find out and occupy their allotted seats. If a candidate is found appearing in the test from a seat or a room other than the one allotted to him/her, his/her candidature shall be cancelled.

** For those who are unable to appear on the scheduled date of the examination for any reason, re-examination shall not be conducted by JSS University under any circumstances.

** No Candidates will be allowed to go outside the examination hall till the completion of the entire duration of test. Once the candidate leaves the hall (even for answering a call of nature) he/she will not be readmitted to examination hall. No exception will be made in this regard.

** Candidates should maintain perfect silence & discipline in the examination hall. Any conversation, gesticulation or disturbance in the examination hall shall be considered as misconduct / malpractice & the candidates involved in such behavior will be expelled from the examination hall. Similarly, if any candidate is found using unfair means or allowing someone else to impersonate him/ her, his/her candidature at the examination will be instantaneously cancelled and the matter informed to the nearest police station.

** After completing the test & before handing over the Test Booklet & Answer Sheet back to the invigilator, the candidate should check once again to see whether all the particulars required in the Answer Sheet have been correctly written. He should ensure that the Roll Number is correctly written on the answer sheet.

** A bell will ring at the beginning of the test & a bell will also ring before the closing time when the candidate must stop marking the responses or writing.
