ONLINE SUBMISSION OF MARKS DATA FOR THE PREPARATION OF ENGINEERING RANK LIST 2015 :
** The Engineering Rank list 2015 will be prepared by giving equal weightage to the score obtained in the Engineering Entrance Examination (Paper I & Paper II put together) and the grade/marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the Final year of the Qualifying Examination (Plus Two or equivalent).

** The candidates who have qualified in the Engineering Entrance Examination 2015 shall have to submit the marks obtained for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the Second year of Plus Two or equivalent Qualifying Examination through the website cee.kerala.gov.in.

** However, in the case of candidates who have not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered.

** In the case of candidates who have not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered.

** In the case of candidates who have not studied Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered.

** The marks thus submitted by the candidate will be processed after effecting standardization procedure as described in Clause 9.7.4 (b) of KEAM Prospectus 2015 for preparation of Engineering Rank list.

** The website will be open from 25.05.2015 to 06.06.2015, 5 pm for online submission of marks.

** In order to submit the marks online, candidates will have to enter their Application number and Roll number through the link KEAM 2015-Candidate Portal provided in the website cee.kerala.gov.in to login to their Home page.

** Then by clicking on the Menu Item ‘Mark Submission’ and by providing Key number and Password (which they have already used while submitting online application for KEAM 2015), the candidates can submit their marks online.

** The candidates who have applied online for KEAM 2015 and remitted the Application Fee by way of Demand Draft (DD) can download and print their ‘Key Number’ by clicking on ‘Print Key Number’ button and by providing the password after logging into their Home Page.

** The details of Second year marks available with this office from the Boards concerned will be displayed when submitting the Board of Examination, Year of passing and Register number of the candidate on the web page.

** In such cases marks entry need not be done again.

** The marks displayed on the web page must be verified with the original mark sheets and confirmed by the candidate.

** If the marks data is not available with this office from the Boards, the marks obtained by the candidate for the Second year in the respective subjects should be entered.

** After verification/submission of marks, confirmation has to be done by all candidates by clicking on ‘I Confirm and Submit’ button and should take the print out of the ‘Marks Data Sheet’, through the link “Print and Finalize Mark Data”.

** The candidate should forward this printout of the mark submission data duly signed by the candidate along with the self attested copy of Plus Two mark sheets by way of Speed Post/Registered Post/Hand Delivery to The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Fifth Floor, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695001 so as to reach the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations before 5 pm on 06.06.2015.

** Candidates who have applied for Architecture Course in addition to Engineering should submit the marks separately for Engineering and Architecture after clicking the Menu Item ‘Mark Submission’ and the printouts of Mark Data Sheet for Engineering and Architecture are to be taken separately.

** The Mark Data Sheet for Engineering duly signed by the candidate along with the self attested copy of mark list is to be forwarded to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

** Similarly, the Mark Data Sheet for Architecture duly signed by the candidate along with the self attested copies of mark list and NATA score card are to be forwarded to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations separately for Architecture.

** Applicants who do not submit the marks online and those who do not forward the printout of the ‘Marks Data Sheet’ along with the self-attested copies of the mark list of the Qualifying Examination will not be considered for the preparation of Engineering rank list 2015.

** The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will not be responsible for any postal delay.

** The Printouts received via E-mail/Fax will not be considered.

** Facilitation Centres and Help Desks will be functioning throughout the State in order to give assistance to candidates for online marks entry.

** The list of Facilitation Centres and Help Desks will be available on the website.
