Online Counselling :
Students may also attend the counseling online by selecting the Branch allotment option in our website. Student will then have to select the desired branch and proceed for payment of full/part payment through Debit card/ credit card/ Net Banking . If the desired branch is available the payment will be accepted and provisional allotment order and receipt will be generated . Students are requested to print and keep a copy.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF COUNSELLING :
The candidates should produce the available documents in original along with one set of photocopies while reporting for counseling.
i. VTUEEE 2015 Hall Ticket.
ii. Class X and XII Board Certificate/s as a proof of date of birth.
iii. Marks Sheet of Qualifying Examination (+2 or equivalent where available)
iv. Community Certificate (For all categories except General).

v. Nativity Certificate (for candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North Eastern States of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura).

vi. DEMAND DRAFT for the full fees as detailed in the enclosed Table for different branches drawn in favour of “Vel Tech Dr.RR & Dr.SR Technical University”, payable at Chennai for firm allotment / admission.

DEMAND DRAFT for `10,000/- as part-payment drawn in favour of “Vel Tech Dr.RR & Dr.SR Technical University”, payable at Chennai for provisional allotment of Branch, to be confirmed on full payment within 15 days of the date of counselling or the specified date whichever is later.
