Counseling for Admission :
Counseling for admission to B.Tech programs of SRM University for all four campuses – Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, Vadapalani and NCR – as well as SRM University Haryana will be held from 17th to 24th May 2015.

Counseling :
Counseling Procedure for Allocation of Seats / Branch
** The date / time for counseling will be published in our university website srmuniv.ac.in/admissions. Candidates can download and take a printout of their counseling letter and counseling record from our website and appear for the counseling as per the counseling schedule.
** Change of date / time of counseling is generally not permissible. If a candidate does not personally appear before the Admission Committee for counseling / Interview on the date and time specied, his / her seat shall be offered to the next candidate in order of merit.
** The selected candidates will have to remit the prescribed fees by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “SRMIST”, payable at Chennai, on conrmation of the seat, and acceptance of the branch allotted.
** The candidates should produce the following documents in original along with one set of photocopies while reporting for counseling. Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the counseling process without these documents.
Required Documents in Original to be submitted during counseling & admission for UG programs.
** Counseling call letter.
** SRMJEEE – 2015 Rank Card / Hall Ticket
** High School (Class X) marks sheet.
** Marks sheet of qualifying examination (HSC).
** DEMAND DRAFT for the amount specied in the Counseling letter. DD should be drawn in favour of “SRMIST” payable at CHENNAI.

Is there any chance for 71000 rank to get admission in any campus?

Can I attend counselling with 65 thousand rank? Can I get Mech?
No you cannot get mechanical in main campus.
My srmjee Rank is 48465. Can I get CSE in Delhi NCR campus?
How many seats are there in the university for ST category?
There are no seats for sc/st/obc in private colleges.
My SRM Jee Rank is 50631. Would I able to get M.E any SRM campus in Chennai? Please help me.
My counselling date is 17th may 2016. But on same date there is WBJEE. Please intimate whether SRM will allow my father for counseling?

Category A :
Seats reserved for the students called for counseling on the basis of their ranks in SRMJEE .
Category B :
Seats reserved in the management space/management seats for the one’s who want to prefer for the campus of their own choice. But giving the extra tuition fees
Like if someone wants to prefer the main campus but the seats in the particular department are full he/she can chose to opt the option of management seat? .
p.s :- management seats are only for the ones who are called for counseling ..
otherwise rest have to pay donation.
Please tell me how much seats available in CSE in Haryana?
What is category A and category B in availability of seats in SRM?
My rank is 58000 in srm but due to some problem I can not attend the counseling like 2000km away from Chennai. If seat is left in ncr campus IT branch can I get the admission?
