KEA Karnataka CET
Online Applications are invited for Karnataka Common Entrance Test – CET 2020.
Academic Eligibility
(i) No candidate shall be eligible for admission to Government Seats unless he is a citizen of India.
(ii) The candidates who have passed the qualifying examination other than the universities listed in the notification at VTU Website are NOT eligible and candidates who have passed from Karnataka State Open University are also NOT eligible.
(iii) A candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination, i.e., 2nd PUC / 12th Standard in 2020 whose result is awaited, may apply and appear for Common Entrance Test 2020 but he/she shall not be eligible for admission to any of the course specified in 1 above, if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage of marks.
(iv) Eligibility / admissions / allotments made to and by the colleges shall be subject to approval by MCI / DCI / AICTE / COA / CCIM / Government / concerned University / Apex Bodies / etc.
CET Apply Online
Just follow the below steps to apply for the CET 2020.
Steps :
Step 1 : Visit the official website of KEA through provided above.
Step 2 : Next click on the “Online Application Link” in the home page.
Step 3 : Read the instructions carefully and click on “New User? Click Here to Register” link.
Step 4 : Candidates who are appearing Karnataka 2nd PUC Annual Examination 2020 needs to click on radio button Yes and he need to enter his Student Number and click on Submit button for the candidate’s basic data from our server.
Step 5 : Click on No button if you are appearing other than Karnataka PU Board Examination like (CBSC or ICSC).
Step 6 : Fill the online application form with the required details.
Step 7 : After successful registration, the candidate will get a “Registration Successful” message with User Id and Application number to his/her Mobile number provided during registration.
Step 8 : After successful registration the candidate / user will be directed to Login page.
Step 9 : To login, please enter user-id, password and security code. After successful login, candidate can fill up the details in Application form.
Step 10 : In this form, there are tabs namely Student Information, Study Details, Photo & Signature Upload, Declaration, Challan, Payment status, Save as draft and Print Application.
Step 11 : After making the entries click on Save button. Upload the photo, full signature and left hand thumb impression and than make self declaration.
Step 12 : Download e-challan and make payment. Print the final submitted online application.

CET Exam Pattern
The Common Entrance Test will be held on TWO days in FOUR different sessions for four subjects. Each paper / subject will be conducted for 60 marks each with a duration of 80 minutes.
Each question paper will be of Multiple Choice Questions (Objective) type. The question paper in each subject will have different versions and each question will have four different options. Each question will carry ONE mark.
There will be no negative evaluation with regard to wrong / incorrect answers but marks will not be awarded in respect of multiple answers for the same question.
