Eligibility

Admission to the PGDM – C programme requires a Bachelor’s degree (in keeping with the 10 + 2 + 3 system) or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Candidates appearing for final examinations towards a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.

Candidates who demonstrate aptitude for expressing, assessing, and /or conceiving ideas that move people to action and achieve business results tend to stand a better chance of being shortlisted.

Selection Process

The selection process involves three steps. The process is described below:
Step – I : CAT 2017, XAT 2018 and GMAT (2016 onwards)
Step – II : MICA Admission Test (MICAT).
Step – III : Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI).

Candidates are advised to follow the admission calendar available at MICA website and to check the status on
(a) Information for MICAT
(b) shortlist for GE and PI
(c) the final list of selected candidates for the PGDM-C and
(d) other relevant notifications and information published from time to time.

The Institute reserves the right to reschedule/change/cancel venue for MICAT / GE / PI. MICA reserves the right to change, withdraw or introduce MICAT, GE & PI centers or any event dates mentioned admission calendar. Final centre allocation is subject to availability.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during MICAT Examination, decision of MICA’s Admissions Committee to conduct re-examination on the same day or otherwise shall be final and binding on the candidates. Candidates are further advised to keep themselves available for re-examination, etc. till 6:00 pm on the scheduled date of MICAT in the event of any such requirement.

Application money (NON REFUNDABLE) of Rs.1965 is payable by all candidates. In all matters regarding admission to the Programme, the decision of the Institute will be final and binding. No correspondence from the applicant with respect to his/her non-selection will be entertained.
