DATE OF ENTRANCE TEST:
The Entrance Test will be conducted on 30-05-15 from 11.30am to 4.30pm at two different places namely Bangalore & Gulbarga
TIMINGS OF ENTRANCE TEST:
i) Paper I :
Physics and Chemistry (120 Questions/120Marks) Common Paper For Medical/Dental and Engineering Courses 11.30am-01.30pm
ii) Paper II :
Biology ( 60 Questions/60 Marks) For Medical / Dental Courses 02.00pm-03.00pm
iii) Paper III :
Mathematics ( 60 Questions / 60 Marks) For Engineering Courses 03.30pm-04.30pm
MEMBER INSTITUTIONS: List of Member Institutions with minority status will be announced in the website after 11th May 2015. Exact no. of seats available for Admissions in Medical, Dental & Engineering courses would be displayed along with Counselling details. 4. 6. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
MEDICAL / DENTAL:
** Candidates should have passed II PUC /10 + 2 / XII std or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry Biology and English with 50% marks in aggregate in PCB (Those who have appeared and awaiting results of IInd PUC / 10 +2 / XII std may also apply with the indication “Results are awaited” in the Application form).
** The candidate should secure 50% of marks i.e. 90 marks out of total marks of 180 in PCB subject of UGCET 2015 to secure rank and eligible for counseling of Medical and Dental Courses.
Any other Condition: As stipulated by Competent Authorities.
ENGINEERING:
** Candidates should have passed II PUC / 10 + 2 / XII std or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Bio Technology / Computer Science / Biology / Electronics as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study and obtained an aggregate of 50% in the optional subjects. (Those who have appeared and awaiting results of IInd PUC / 10+2 / XII std may also apply with the indication “Results are awaited” in the Application form).
** The candidates who seek Admission under Linguistic /Religious Minority Community category in Medical/Dental/Engineering courses should attach Minority Certificate as reflected in the brochure (Linguistic/Religious) duly signed by the Headmaster of the high school where the candidate has studied.
Any other Condition: As stipulated by Competent Authorities.
