PGAET-2015 (MD – HOMOEOPATHY) – IMPORTANT DATES :

Note:-
The online print out of Admission Application Form should reach the Controller of Examinations, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University Punjab, Jodhamal Road, Hoshiarpur, on or before 21st June, 2015. Online printout of Admission Application Form not accompanied by attested copies of all required documents is liable to be rejected.

PLEASE BE INFORMED :
1. Any change in the schedule of Test/Interview/Counselling/Admission will be notified through University website

2. Eligibility conditions for admissions are governed by the Government of Punjab, Department of Medical Education & Research, vide Notification No.5/3/2011-3HBIII/5231 dated 14.7.2011 .

3. The eligibility of the candidates shall be determined by the Selection Committee at the time of Counselling.

4. Each candidate shall be required to appear in person for the interview and produce all documents/testimonials in original for the verification by the Selection Committee. No exemptions from this condition will be granted under any circumstances.

5. Corrections in the information given by the Candidates in the Admission Application Form may not be permitted.

6. Candidates are advised to read the prospectus carefully before filling and submitting the ONLINE Admission Application FORM of PGAET-2015(MD Homoeopathy).

7. An error in filling of ONLINE Admission APPLICATION FORM may result in rejection of such an Application Form. Corrections in the information given by the candidate in the ONLINE Admission APPLICATION FORM may not be permitted.

8. The Schedule of Admission/Counseling shall be notified through the Press or University, website. Changes, if any, in the schedule/timetable of Test/Counseling etc. will be notified through email/website of the University. No separate intimation letters will be sent.

9. Candidates must retain this Prospectus with them till admission process is over. Read and comply with all instructions therein strictly.

10. Eligibility conditions for admissions are given in the Prospectus.

11. In case number of candidates is more than double the seats available, the Entrance Test will be conducted.

12. Each candidate is required to apply online for admission to MD Homoeopathy courses through university website The online print out of Admission Application Form should reach the Controller of Examinations, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University Punjab, Jodhamal Road, Hoshiarpur, on or before 21st June. 2015. Online printout of Admission Application Form not accompanied by attested copies of all required documents is liable to be rejected.

Homeopathy :
ELIGIBILTY Regular internal candidates:
No candidate shall be admitted to MD (Homoeopathy) course unless he/she possesses the degree of
a) Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Direct Degree) or equivalent qualification in homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act,1973(59 of 1973):

b) Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (Graded degree) or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule to the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973(59 of 1973):

Note: Compulsory Rotatory Internship is essential and must be completed upto 30/05/2015

FEE REQUIRED WITH ONLINE APPLICATION FORM:
a) Rs. 7000/- for General Category (Rs. 4500/- for SC categories only) be deposited online by using Debit card or Credit card through University website by due date and time.
b) The last date of applying Online is 10th June, 2015.
c) Fee once deposited in University account will not be refunded/adjusted.

Ayurveda :
ELIGIBILITY :
A person possessing the Degree in Ayurved of a University or Board or Medical Institution specified in the second schedule to the Act notified by the Department of AYUSH, Govt. of India/CCIM, shall be eligible for admission in the Postgraduate degree course.

Note: Compulsory Rotatory Internship is essential and must be completed upto 30th May, 2015.

a) Rs. 7000/- for General Category (Rs. 4500/- for SC categories only) be deposited online by using Debit card or Credit card through University websiteby due date and time.
