COUNSELLING FOR ALLOTMENT OF SEATS:
** The seats shall be filled through counseling by the Committee for Admissions appointed by APMDCMA as per merit from the candidates who have qualified at the common entrance test, MCET-AC-2015.
** The date, time and venue of Counseling will be notified by the convener.
** The candidates shall be present when called in the order of rank.
** If a candidate fails to be present he will be declared absent and the next candidate in the merit will be considered.
** The candidates shall attend the counseling in person.
** The candidates shall attend with all original certificates and tution fee and university registration fee.
** Candidates who fail to produce or to submit original certificates or demand draft for tution fee/ university fee will not be considered for counseling.
** Such Candidates will be declared absent and the next candidate in the merit will be considered.

One year Compulsory Rural Service:
** As per G.O.Ms. No. 166, HM & FW (E1) Dept., dated 20.07.2010.
** The Compulsory Rural Medical/ Dental service for MBBS / BDS candidates admitted from the academic year 2010-11 onwards shall be for a period of one year, immediately following the successful completion of the MBBS / BDS including the completion of house surgency.
** The candidates shall be called as junior residence during the period of one year of rural service.

(i) On successful completion of the one year rural Medical / Dental Service, the candidate will be eligible for a permanent registration with AP Medical Council / Dental Council.

JOINING TIME:
The selected candidates shall join the college within the specified date.

(i) UNIVERSITY FEE :
The selected candidates shall pay the University fee as fixed by the Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences shall be paid at the time of counseling
(ii) TUITION FEE : As per G.O.Ms.No.30 HM & FW., (C1) Department dt.17-04-2015 of the Principal Secretary to Government of Andhra Pradesh.

MERIT LISTS:
(i) The counseling will be conducted basing upon the Rank obtained in MCET-AC 2015.
(ii) The ranking will be on the basis of the 75% marks obtained in MCET- AC. and 25% of the marks of science subjects of qualifying examination.
(iii) For the preparation of merit list, in case of more than one candidate securing the same combined score obtained as per sub rule (ii) above, the tie shall be resolved to decide the relative by successively considering the following:-
1) The total marks secured in MCET-AC
2) The marks secured in biology in MCET-AC
3) The marks scored in physics in MCET-AC
4) The percentage of aggregate marks secured in the qualifying examination.
5) If the tie still persists the date of birth of the concerned candidates, the older being given preference over the younger.

** Candidates are informed that they have to pay the college fee and university fee on the day of selection / counseling itself.
** If the candidate fails to pay the fee after choosing the seat, the seat will be cancelled automatically without any notice.
** The candidates will not be given any extension of time to pay the fee.
** The Tution Fee has to be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of “The Secretary, APMDCMA” payable at Rajahmundry / Vijayawada.
** The selected candidates shall submit bank guarantee for remaining period of study.

CLOSURE OF ADMISSION:
** The admission shall be closed on 30-09-2015.

POWERS OF THE SELECTION COMMITTEE:
** The Selection Committee shall have the power to revise its decision in any case and to direct the Principal concerned to take further action either to select or to cancel the selection, or to admit or cancel the admission before the closure of admissions.
** Selections shall not be questioned after closure of admissions.

The regulations of Dr. N.T.R.University of Health Sciences are applicable with regard to break of study and re-admission.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES ABOUT COUNSELING FOR MBBS & BDS COURSES :
The candidates shall attend the counseling with the following original certificates
(1) SSC certificate or Equivalent Examination showing the Date of Birth of the Candidate.
(2) Inter mediate of AP or its equivalent examination with 10+2 pattern.

LIST OF COLLEGES : The admissions into the following colleges are subject to the permission by the Government of India / Medical Council of India / Dental Council of India.

NOTE:
a) In case any new Medical Colleges or Dental Colleges are affiliated to the University/any college is permitted by the Govt. of India for the academic year 2015-16, the seats in those colleges also will be filled up. If any colleges listed above are not permitted by Government of India for the year 2015-16, the seats in that college will not be filled.
